So I went to the CONCERT 03 at Ya-on Hibiya Koen today. I was at the last two concert too(at Ginka theater and Nakano Sunplaza) but this one is by far their best performance.

There's a couple of announcement made today. One is that the group is taking a break for two months to "level up" their performance(probably from after the Sendai live until Yubimatsuri). But the big announcement is that Joshiryuu will be performing at the Budoukan on 22nd December. The producer Satake-san said that the staff were not confidence whether Joshiryuu can fill up the Budoukan but they decided to go with it. Momoiro Clover Z also sent a short video congratulating the members for the scheduled Budoukan appearance.

They also performed their new song TGS23 titled "Lolita Strawberry in Summer", a cover of SweetS song but with a heavy rock arrange. I liked the song but the dance was a bit unlike Joshiryuu for me(there's a part where the members lifted their shirt a bit showing their stomach in the chorus part. A bit too sexy for my liking). From what I can remember, Mei got a lot of line for this song is a must look forward for all Mei fans

I wonder why they are taking a break anyway. Their performance is up there with the real artists. If there's one area that Joshiryuu can improve, it's their MCs. Their MCs today seems like unplanned and ended up being too long. I hope after the two months break they can improve in all area and I really hope AVEX give them the exposure that they deserve.

thanks for sharing your experience and omg they did Memai, I thought that wouldn't make the setlist since VanillaBeans is not with them. But damn I'm so glad it it, I damn love that song.

and 2 months, hearing about this news saddens me.

there's this thing with TGS where they put numbers on their original songs. This also includes new arrangements of some songs they covered.

if you check their japanese wiki and look for TGSナンバー (TGS number), they're all listed there.

TGS23 is a new arrangement of SweetS first single- LolitA☆Strawberry in summer.

as for momoclo, they did a joint live before where they did performances up against each other, and also a bunch of other idol events. I guess that's one of the reasons they're close.
