I was really worried when I saw this torrent:

but after watching it and reading about it here, I'm glad to know she's ok and nothing serious happened.

That news clip seemed a bit absurd though, trying to fill 3 minutes about a minor traffic accident with un-needed past news about Nacchi. The only thing I found interesting from that clip was the red FD that drove by

The police has sent the report of the accident to the prosecutor as a matter of policy. It is up to the prosecutor to decide to prosecute or not.

Meanwhile Nacchi has expressed her regret:
「自分の不注意により事故を起こしてしまいました。本当にお相手の方には大変申し訳なく思っています。申し訳ありませんでした」

So could she get thrown out of H!P if the guy decides to prosecute?? And could they do it anyway?

Fearing: 1. Abe Natsumi "fired" from H!P, 2. No Apperence at Winter Concert 3. No release of Iki wo Kasanemashou

Can they just do that? I'd think it was offensive!

And yeah it was clumpsy and it's nacchis fault, but it was an accident!

I don't think she will be fired from H!P for this.

And you got the poster thing wrong. That poster was from a campaign started BEFORE the accident. She was chosen with other artists to be the image of the "road safety" program by the transit authorities.

The motorcyclist, a 33-year-old man, suffered light injuries to his back and right knee in the accident.

Abe had just obtained her driver's license in July this year.

It was lucky that both person (the motorcyclist and Nacchi) did not suffer serious injuries in this car accident.
I don't think Nacchi will suffer anything from the agency as she did apologize immediately.

Hopefully the motorcyclist is not a bitch and go accuse Nacchi.

Only in America..
I'd sue the celebrity for millions and prosecute until my face turned red.

But in Japan, if the accident had happened to me, well first I'd ask my favorite idol for an autograph, and I wouldn't dare even thinking about prosecuting her anyway in fear of the backlash from the wotas and getting labeled as the most hated person in Japan by them...

so my point is basically, our dear Nacchi has nothing to worry about

Now for some positive Nacchi news. At the 10/31 Nagoya concert of her ~Acoustic Nacchi~ tour she will cover a song from a Nagoya artist or a song with a Nagoya theme. And the public can request the song to be sung! The person who submits the winning song gets a signed Nacchi poster.
