Folk singer Chiharu Matsuyama has recruited ex-Morning Musume member Natsumi Abe to star in the music video for a new song. This is apparently the first time that a Morning Musume graduate has appeared in a PV for another artist.

The song, titled "Omohi," goes on sale next week. Matsuyama and Abe first met during the spring of last year, as they both hail from Hokkaido, and they decided to work together for this PV. However, the collaboration plans were almost canceled due to Matsuyama's sudden hospitalization in June, but after he returned to work last month, he decided to proceed with the music video.

"Omohi" is being used as the theme song of an NTV drama special called "Kiri no Hi: Karafuto Maoka Yubinkyoku ni Chitta 9 Nin no Otometachi" that is scheduled to air on August 25.

But I read one of the articles and nothing like that was mentioned. Idk how she managed to get on the red carpet though. Maybe she smiled and asked nicely and they melted ?_? It wouldn't surprise me.

I haven't been as obsessive a fan of any other member in H!P as I was Nacchi's. Sadly I lost interest in her career because I didn't like the songs she was releasing... But she'll always be special to me, and I still find her cute 'n hot HECK YEAH!!

Nacchi was my first favorite member!

Like Shi, she will always and forever hold a special place in my heart. I fell in love with her after watching the HEY! Mirai PV... SO HERE IT IS. LOOK AT NACCHI SHE IS SO DAMN CUTE.

I admit, part of the reason why I fell so hard for Miki-sama is because I used to get her mixed up with Nacchi when they were both sporting similarly short haircuts.
