Next Music from TOKYO tour

Hey all,

I like to promote a little tour this one Canadian guy is setting up together, by himself, a DIY (Do It Yourself) kind of thing. He's bringing 5 Japanese bands to come play in Canada (Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal) on his own money. There are no US dates, sorry people, VISAs were hard to get. This is a huge opportunity for the Japanese bands and for us Westerners to show the labels that they should invest in bringing these bands abroad! The exposure and possibilities for this are endless if we can get more people to attend and support this tour in anyway. Future tours depend on this first tour a bit, if there's a good turn out, future tours might include other bands such as midori, susquatch, Mass of the Fermenting Dregs, Veltpunch, Rin Toshite Shigure, and the band apart. They have interests in the tour but couldn't participate this year.

The bands in this tour are: andymori, mothercoat, Owarikara, goomi, and Kulu Kulu Garden.

This is a once in a lifetime chance, so don't let it go to waste, and if you can help with promoting these tours if you live near/in these cities, please do, you can contact the admin on the nextmusicfromtokyo webpage.

Also, please don't delete this as it is sort of an advertisement, but think of it as helping promoting these great indie bands and the possibility of future Japanese bands coming to Canada/USA and other places outside Japan and Asia to play.
