Because Saemi has some serious explaining to do :shocked

If that's Saemi who is in the pictures, I'd be surprised because her face is so different.. But the top picture says her name, so the girl must be her.
Might be because of the hairstyle. :D

I had watched the new episode shortly after I posted I have to say that it brought back the raunchiness that made the Muscats fun to watch.  The first part looked like a bukkake-fest (although I almost refrain from saying that for Manami's sake).  Then Yuria and Aino come with the "chinko parodies" which leads me to say that Nanako has a bit of a dirty side to her as well (that's like the third time I've seen her say/whisper something censor-worthy).  Finally, I think hot cheese fondue has to be a fetish out there.

Overall, the episode was a nice bounce back from the previous few episodes.

Excuse me, I want to ask something about Ebisu Muscats's Oyafukou Baby alarm app on page 78.
How do I get this alarm app?

*I don't use iphone, but I want to know how to get it and how it works, maybe I'll borrow my friend's phone

Thank you. :)

Search up "恵比寿マスカッツ" on the App Store and it should be there.
How it works is that you select your favorite Muscat, pick one out of three quotes they say and then they will wake you up with that said quote. As it stands, Mui is the only current Muscat not listed, but everyone who is on the roster right now has their own three quotes.
I don't know how this works on a non iPhone but I am sure it works the same.
You can also pick a snippet of the Oyafukou Baby song if you cannot decide on a Muscat to get you outta bed

Rio has her own version of this app, and a lot more choices than just three :w00t:

Remember when I said Saemi has some explaining to do? What I mean by that is that everything seems to work as a puzzle piece in her life. From what I've read and seen, I think I can piece her life together as to what it is now. While we look back at some of the things the other Muscats have done, such as how Aino Kishi had to stand up to her father to work in the adult video industry, how Rina Rukawa had sex in a parking lot of a family restaurant during her early teens, and how Rio lived in Brazil when she was just a child to learn Portuguese from her mother, Saemi Shinohara has one of the most interesting stories, if not the most interesting story.

For one, her father disapproved of her joining the entertainment industry. He died when she was only 13, which explains the junior idol photos I found of her. So she basically joined the entertainment industry as a means of rebellion against her father. This worked as a double-edged sword, metaphorically, as, throughout her blog she goes on rare occasional rants about how she was never the perfect person when she was younger. The idol videos (she has 2 of them after what I found) did give her a spark in the industry (like it did for other junior idols such as Rion Sakamoto and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu), but she may have been the subject of negative remarks when she was at school. She does go on personal rants about how she disliked school and could have studied harder to be something else, perhaps something better, but the gravure idol life is what she chose. It isn't without it's perks however, as the Muscats gave her a popularity boost, albeit not as large of a boost as women such as Rina, Yuma and Acky, but a large enough boost to keep her going in the right direction. She is going into the acting business so there's that. It was a bit of a rough start but her life is looking a lot brighter with brimming opportunities in the Japanese entertainment industry. She could even go into AV if her heart desires.

There's more to the smiles of most of these women. That is what makes this group so fascinating.

In the making of the Gyakusou Idol video...

You can see that there's a strong camaraderie between all of the women and it's really nice to see that as a fan. You know that this group was special. It sucks however that they will be disbanding so you won't be able to see many videos like this one showing the camaraderie between the women. Ah well...

Yeah, I must agree with this, however..... watching the PV making is fun. A lot happened in the backstage, but I don't find the other PV's making video  :?

I edit this post with the link of new 71th episode from Pandora. With better quality :D
But, well, this episode really made me laugh :twothumbs

ran into this great Yuria Satomi image collection on flickr.

I would love to take Yuria to the Miller Brewery Tour.

something you would never have known of me; I was baptized Mormon...I'll give you a second...
so that means multiple-wives (that's a misconception)  but for wife number two I would so rock a wedding-band on Yuria...

Yuria, Haruka, Minori...throw in Brooklyn in there for good measure...
Yup. Polygyny is an amazing thing. Especially with the women of the Muscats

But gentlemen, I want you to see this.

You look at a group like the Muscats, where no one member is under the age of 20. Then Uruha says this in an interview and, well...for some odd reason I find this to be a spark of conflict. Like, did she think of the Muscats when she might have said this? That was her only idol group gig anyway. Something tells me she might have been disliked by some of the other girls which is why she resigned so quickly, especially if she had an opinion like this. But this is jumping to conclusion without much evidence; I haven't read the whole thing. Plus, did you really see Uruha with the other girls? Like, I have not seen any photos of her whatsoever with girls like Rio, Rina, Haruka, Acky, etc.

But what do y'all think? Do her words spark a bit of controversy when she was part of an idol group where no one member is under 18?

Possiblt.  I'm 29, so to even someone that's only 19, I'm prehistoric.   :P  (oh, my back went out typing that)
Maybe some would get offended, others wouldn't care but it's not the best way to make a good impression on the other Muscats.  Everyone is there for their own reasons but the main focus is on the group, providing good songs and an entertaining show.  so by making that statement you're bringing in that skeptic point of view those outside of the Muscats has of them.  old, AV, untalented, past their prime, etc.  it's like the Muscats were against the entire world.  that's why I always supported them.  they were older than usual idols but damn it, they know how to entertain.

life is full of coincidences, well, mine is:

I can't believe I'm quoting myself, but last night (2/13) seeing that in Japan they're a day ahead I went and sent out a swarm of Happy Valentines Day tweets to numerous idols:  Mano Erina, Ogura Haruka, etc, etc, etc.  and guess who send a simple but magical tweet back to this guy?

I almost can't believe that after these 5 years that the Muscats have been together, the majority of the group is over 25 years old (including "Granny Kawamura").  Oh yeah, kudos to anybody who gets a Twitter reply from any J-idol today.  I'm sure they appreciate any non-Japanese fans wishing them a great "Day of Love".
