The Japanese Anne Hathaway shows off her cooking skills, featuring a guest appearance from a familiar face at 7:16

She certainly knows her way around the kitchen.  That smile almost makes me forget she's an AV idol.  Also, the way she was playfully (?) embarrassed at the cameras made me feel all warm and cuddly inside (and maybe a bit tingly).  *Sigh* if only she remained a gravure idol (I think she was 1 of 3 gravure idols in an otherwise AV idol agency)...but props for the guest appearance by her fellow colleague from the agency.  Oh well, if it weren't for her brief appearance towards the end of the Muscats tenure, I wouldn't have been able to say who my favorite member was.

Here's another video from the same YT channel from our legendary cosplaying idol of the group:

Happy birthday to Nanako  :twothumbs I personally think she looks prettier with the glasses on.
Acky has released a couple of books recently! :shocked I managed to get one of them. The title is: レンアイ教習所 (I think it means "school of love", or something like that...).

I can't really read it but is full of photos of her  :inlove: (she seems to be giving some romantic tips to her fans). I scanned some of the pages. There are some sexy shots near the end of the book but I think they are "safe for work".

I don't mean to turn this into the Yuma Asami thread, but she did a photoshoot recently as well, showing off how healthy she looks and even her hair growing back from chemo. There is more to the photoshoot but you'll have to go to her thread on the East Side for the whole thing. The other photos are pretty risque to be posting here I feel.

Found this, the jewel that I've been looking for like forever..
Ebisu's Graduation Concert.

As one of the people who can't afford the authentic DVD, I really appreciate these videos.  :twothumbs
I'm still at a quarter of the graduation concert. Everyone was doing their best, no lip sync (which is I like), Yuria became a front-line member (I like this too), and everyone looks really amazing.  :twothumbs

Ah... the final live concert. I still watch it form time to time. So many good and sad moments. It was awesome to see Yuma back and those graduation speeches were so touching.  :'( I didn't like the fact that they changed the lyrics (and the name) of Okaasan and some songs had to be shortened but other than that it was an awesome event.

I agree, she seems to enjoy playing video games. I still want to play that Yakuza game where she is featured....
I'm not sure if this segment was aired, was it? I got it from the DVD with the Fake tabloid cover (sorry if this was already posted, I didn't have time to check the thread).  In any case I think it was a pretty fun segment, although I felt sorry for Zako  :P

Well, I don't remember what episode that short clip was in. Am I missing an episode here?  :?
Was that where the team went to FujiQ? But I think PhantomJin is right, the short clip was not aired on Onemasu SP.

I think they aired some of the "Haunted Building" segment(s) on the TV program but this was probably one they cut out.  I think Zako got the worst of it although Minori was just as scared.

Let me ask y'all this.

It's been more than a year now that the Muscats have made new music, and the members are split all across the land at this point. Yes, Rina and Saemi still talk to each other, Yuma is still recovering, and Mui has her gig. But the question I have to ask is:

For all of the other members such as Yui, Ayako, Haruka, Kaho and for my sake, Uruha, what do you think they are up to right now? We have an idea as to what girls like Sola and Rio are up to (check their instagram), but I'm curious as to what some of the Muscats are up to nowadays.

Maybe Uruha is an OL like Shinuchi Mai from Nogizaka46; we never know... :?

My guess, some AV girls & gravure girls still doing their job as usual. As we know Nagasaku becomes mainstream entertainer as a singer. The ones from gravure who move to AV like Kijima still at her AV job, so is Oshikawa Yuri.
Some graduated Muscats' whereabouts from EbiMasu's mid era are still unknown to me  :?
Some names like Sakura Kokomi (3rd generation), Orii Haruna (4th), Shibata Shouko (4th), Yokoyama Miyuki (5th), Ichijou Mao (4th). Do those names ring a bell?  They were on the back line of the group and didn't get much camera-time.  :smhid
Oh, I think Uruha is doing some photo shoots or becomes a cosplayer.  I think cosplay suits her :D

Is it only me who want to see some of the Muscats get a role in a movie, or even main role?  Not an AV one, drama maybe? Or comedy.. (I love comedy  :lol)

It has Rin, Sora, Acky (only 1 or 2 episodes  :banghead:) and Yuma.

Or Thailand Movie

Sora got a role in it.

I've read that Shou got a role in a Thailand movie too, but I don't know whether it's true or not.  :?

Came across this on SLF, an update on the different members written in April. All credit to the original poster char123, hopefully this is not against any forum rules.

The show Onegai Muscat aired for the first time 6 years ago today and it is also the one year anniversary of their graduation concert in Maihama, time sure flies by. On a day Muscats started and ended, I thought I would briefly talk about what's going on with each member since they graduated from Muscats.

Onegai Members:

Sora Aoi - her main focus is in China now, she is part of a group called 'JAM' there. She holds a live talk-show like event 'aosora kyousitsu' roughly every three months in Japan.

Acky - she continues to be one of the biggest stars in the AV industry and is nominated for best actress award in DMM's adult awards.

Rio - an eventful year for Rio for sure, besides her AV career where she is also nominated for best actress award in DMM's adult awards, she has also released a solo CD while appearing in several TV shows and the tokusatsu drama 'shougeki Gouraigan'.

Yuma Asami - after being diagnosed with borderline ovarian tumor, Yuma-chin has since finished her chemotherapy and is on her way to recovery. She has been active in speaking at different cancer related symposium to increase awareness for ovarian disease. Yuma-chin will be performing at a club event on April 27th where she will be singing solo. She will be publishing a book (sort of an autobiography) on May 8th.

Shou Nishino - This year will be a milestone year for Shou-chan as it will be her tenth anniversary since she debuted. Besides her AV career, Shou-chan has appeared in another movie from Thailand (as a matter of fact, she just came back from Thailand today from another project), appeared in the movie 'aka x pink' (it is a very good movie in my opinion as I saw it in theater, the Blu-ray and DVD will be released on July 2nd) and she has also teamed up with singer Kimbyanka-san where the two sing together at club events. Shou-chan will be performing at an anime club event next week where she will sing songs from anime, perform at the same club event as Yuma-chin on April 27th and also star in a theatrical play in May.

Minori Hatsune - Besides continuing her AV career, Minori has appeared as guest in Kaho Kasumi's TV show 'KasumiTVDX' and also appeared as guest at different pachinko store events.

Asami Ogawa - She is continuing her successful AV career and reached a milestone as she released her 100th title last year.

Ai Sayama - Ai-chan has not been very active besides her AV career since WTS series ended last December, but the combination of Shou-chan and Ai-chan will be back together for one night at an event on May 4th.

Aika Ando - She served as an assistant on the show 'Okubo janai to' and has appeared in a few event since last April.

Rika Kawamura - She was also in the drama 'shougeki Gouraigan' and also appeared in a few other shows.

Onedari Members:

Jessica Kizaki - besides her AV career, Jessica has appeared in shows like 'KasumiTVDX' and 'pachinko jyogakuen' (Kishi-chan and Ki-chan were also part of it), she currently hosts the show 'Rin to Jessica's fight ippatsu' alongside Rin Sakuragi which airs once a month. Her health has been an ongoing concern though as she again took a couple months off last year.

Rin Sakuragi - has since restarted her AV career with the maker Bi and was a nominee for sukapa's adult award. Rin-chan has appeared as guest in 'KasumiTVDX' as well as hosting the show 'Rin to Jessica's fight ippatsu' with Jessica.

Airi Nagasaku - She is probably the most successful gravure member of Muscats. Besides releasing IV DVD's, she is also an assistant for the show 'Koriki's kobeya', made guest appearances on several TV shows and has started a solo singing career under the name 'Aili'. She had her first ever solo concert on March 29th and will be holding a second solo concert at end of June.

Manami Yamaguchi - She has not been very active besides having photo shoot event from time to time, but she announced recently that she will be restarting her gravure career and is looking to release an IV DVD sometime in the near future.

Haruka Ogura - not sure what she does besides spending time with her cats and playing dragon quest, but she did appear in a few shows related to dragon quest. She had a fan meet event last year as well.

Ena Kawamura - has since retired from showbiz and is pursuing her other passions.

Kaho Kasumi - arguably the most active of all the members, besides her AV career, she has her own show 'Kasumi Radio' which airs once a month and also had her own TV show 'KasumiTVDX'. She will be releasing a new 'tabitomo' DVD with Jessica Kizaki as well.

Choito Members:

Aino Kishi - continues to be very successful in her AV career as she is one of three former Muscats to be nominated for best actress award in DMM's adult awards. Besides her AV career, she has her own show 'Aino Etude' which airs once a month, appeared in the web show 'pachinko jyogakuen' and Kaho's show 'KasumiTVDX'. She also has a column in the magazine beppin DMM where she takes on a different challenge every month.

Rina Rukawa - Rina-chan has not been very active besides her successful AV career since Mihirina's yonichi ended last year. She has her own column in the magazine 'shuukan jitsuwa' where she serves as a consultant to the readers regarding their concerns about sex. She does appear in different magazines' gravure shoot from time to time. She did serve as a DJ at an event in February (Shou-chan also performed at the same event).

Ayako Yamanaka - she starred in a theatrical play in February and has made a few appearances on different shows. She also does photo shoot event from time to time.

Nanako Kodama - she released a new IV DVD last August and does photo shoot event from time to time. She is also a member of Dream Girls.

Onedari DX members:

Mui Kuriyama - she is a member of the idol group 'through skills' now and has her own radio show once a month (the show always has former Muscats members on as guest which is great for fans). Through Skills will be holding a concert on May 5th.

Yuria Satomi - besides her AV career, Yuria has appeared as guest in pachinko events and has also made a guest appearance on a TV show. Her AV DVD event is one of the hottest ticket in town because of how far she is willing to go.

Onedari SP members:

Saemi Shinohara - since end of Muscats, she has starred in a theatrical play and has made several appearances on TV. She also holds occassional photo shoot event.

Yui - she has since retired from AV and has changed her stage name to 優衣, still pronounced Yui though. She is now a member of the idol group 'dragon fruit'.

Yuuri Oshikawa - made her AV debut and is now releasing under S1.

Rion Sawabe (Rion Sakamoto) - she made a change to her stage name and is currently a member of the idol group Tokyo Clears. She also released a new IV DVD last year.

Hana Haruna - continues to release AV from S1.

Anna Anjou - she has since gone uncensored, I am afraid she is pretty much at the end of her career.

Airi Kijima - made her AV debut last August and is slowly becoming a star in the business as she is nominated for best newcomer award in DMM's adult awards. She appeared in the show pachinko Jyogakuen and also made several guest appearances in KasumiTVDX and Aino Etude. She is also starting a new column in the magazine beppin DMM.
