^I know that one. That is not a prank. That is an experiment. The clip is from "Downtown DX," hosted by the duo, where they did a segment about debunking manga and anime myths.

Moe's segment is for debunking a famous manga/anime myth: If you see a naked girl in front of you, your nose will be bleeding profusely or gushing blood in high pressure, causing you to elevate like a rocket.

The subject saw Moe's naked body, but his nose didn't bleed, hence the myth was BUSTED!

update:
so damn disappointed. clicked through the episode on some stream site and they had Rirei on camera for about three mins, in the background. Her only highlight (in that costume) is greeting the main character. So this white girl goes to Japan, meets some dude that shows her this bondage S&M spot that is run by Rirei's character. Shake hands, hello- hello. That's it!
They have this bodacious woman in black leather and don't know how to use her.

I'd love to meet her again someday but I can't afford another trip to Japan at the moment. Maybe in the next year...

This song is called 虹色 Diary (Rainbow Colored Diary) and is the B side of her single "Answer". I think it's a cute and funny song and I loved that "Neko dance" that she and the crowd does. Taken from her Live Concert DVD. Unfortunately, just like her CDs, this DVD cannot be imported
