Awesome arcade style space combat with amazing sound. Also desperately needs a sequel.

@ Yuna - yeah, I also miss the Saturn/PSX days. There were some pretty obscure titles that were enjoyable. And games were actually hard to complete because gamefaqs and other similar resources weren't readily available. I had to wait for EGM2 and Gamepro issues in case I got stuck in a game.

I played Rival Schools in PSX and in the arcade. There was an English version for the 1st game but the next one with extra characters only came in Japanese. The next that came out was Project Justice in the arcade but I wasn't able to play that one anymore.


I loved this game when I was a kid and tried to play to finish it a few years ago but despite walkthroughs I still couldn't 

I know probably why you couldn't finish this game ... Here your answer:

I bought that, have that actual box sitting  on my shelf here. I played a week of the free 30 days, then quit forever. Didn't run on my computer at the time, and I'm too broke to give it $15 to try again.

Legend of Dragoon was awesome, but pretty hard huh ? It's was also one of those games where it's almost impossible to gain levels without beating a boss, so you couldn't grind, just use your brain.
