4th generation member as of 2010.04~. Finalist at Horipro's 34th Talent Scout Caravan. Is apparently a huge fan of Charlie Chaplin. Has a hideous sense of fashion according to several of the other members, and this has also been proven in a segment featured in Gekkan Idoling. Kaoru has a tendency of blinking her eyes in unusually fast intervals whenever in tense situations, and her eyes seem to be overall sensitive to light. Supposedly Kaoru's home back in Ooita is a farm.

How random. I guess that adds to her mystique, though. I hope she keeps up the mysterious character. She reminds me of Kamei Eri when she first joined MM.

My current favourite member; when I heard her pull of her "I no Standard" solo line perfectly (live) and in her awesome, mature voice I was hooked.
 
I hope she starts getting a crazy abundance of solo lines from here on, though that's probably wishful thinking.

She has a very unique look to her that I love.

- 4th generation audition. She didn't blinking so much that time. I though she would be a funny member.
- Of course, her blog posts. She writes a lot and all of them are interesting to read.
- Idoling!!! #650 marine day sp. First costume change. Damn cute.
- Idoling!!! 4th Anniversary Special. Second costume change. Holy cute!!!
