Chapter 26 is here for you guys to enjoy! I may get one more done before next week when I going on holiday for a week, can't really promise much though as I may be mega-busy with work and I know I will be when I get back so I may not update for a while but I will get the next episode up ASAP I promise you guys this!

@Kuro87: Yeah Miya wanted Saki to know before she found out, we will wait and see how Saki knowing this may effect things......

Chapter 26
Chii looked at the tall girl as she inspected every inch of the room they were in, she couldn’t help but smile at this, it was exactly the same thing Miya had done the first time she had been in Chii's room as well
“you know, my rooms not really that interesting Yurina” she said to the girl who continued to inspect the room
“Well this is the first time I've been here” Yurina replied defensively “Besides I was amazed that you are even more scruff at home than you are at work”
“Are you saying my room is a mess?” Chii asked noticing some used shirts on the floor and trying to kick them under the bed
Yurina, spotting what Chii was doing smiled, seeing a half full cup of juice on the side she picked it up wrinkling her nose at it's contents. Showing Chii the mould that had formed on top of the liquid she said “A mess? Of course not”
“Well, I'm cleaning it, I just haven't got round to it yet” Chii quickly snatched the cup of Yurina and placed it down on her bedside table
“Just this bit it seems so far” Yurina said, pointing to an empty space on Chii's windowsill which stood out in the otherwise messy room
“Well, it seemed like a good place to start”
“Really?” said Yurina, looking at the pile of clothes on the floor which, moments ago, Chii had tired to hide under her bed
Chii quickly gathered the clothes back up off the floor and ran to put them in the washing basket down the hall an embarrassed look on her face
When Chii made it back to her room she saw that Yurina had made her bed for her, she could not remember the last time it was so neat
“Yurina that's amazing, how did you make it so neat that quickly?”
“I dunno, it's a knack I guess, I've all ways been good at this sort of stuff”
“Remind me that when I move out of home to make you be my house-mate” Chii said sitting down on the bed
Yurina smiled “I'd like that”
Chii ran her hands over the cover of the bed “Thank you Yurina, really, really, thank you”
“Chii, it's just a bed I don't...”
“No, not just the bed for everything you've do for me recently”
Yurina also sat down on the bed “You don't need to thank me Chii”
“I know I don't have to Yurina but I want to” Chii replied holding on to one of the tall girls hands
“You've been so kind and considerate to me recently and I know I haven't been the best of company for you but still you have been there for me, no matter what, I just want you to know that I grateful to you”
“I know Chii” Yurina looked at Chii's hand in hers “Listen Chii, I just want you to know that I will all ways be here for you if you need me” she said, leaning in and kissing Chii on the cheek
Chii very slowly raised a hand to the cheek that Yurina had just kissed “You-you kissed me?” she said a confused and slightly shocked expression on her face
“It, it was only a kiss on the cheek” Yurina stammered, now blushing over her earlier actions “I mean it's not as though I kissed you on the lips or anything” she continued giggling nervously
“No, no you didn't” Chii felt herself slowly leaning in toward Yurina, her gaze fixed on the other girls lips, she could see that Yurina was doing the same, they were so close now, close enough to feel each other breath on their faces.....
Bang, Bang, Bang
Chii jumped up to her feet, taking deep breaths as she did so “I, um, better go see who that is at the door, yes, right going” she blurted out before leaving her room
“I'll, er, come too” Yurina said, more to herself than anyone as she got up to follow Chii
there was another knock on the door as Chii made her way down the stairs “All right, all right” she complained to the unknown visitor as she got to the door and opened it
“M-Miya?”
“Hi Chii” Miya greeted her friend smiling before noticing the figure walking down the stairs “and Yurina I see, sorry I didn't interrupt something did I?”
“No” Chii and Yurina shouted together before looking at each other embarrassed, making Miya smirk
“No eh?” she said raising her eyebrows “anyway can I come in or do you want to leave me to your, ah, nothing?”
“Actually Miya I was, er, just about to leave” Yurina said grabbing her coat
“Re-really” a confused Chii asked “You're leaving?”
“Yeah, things to do and stuff” Yurina mumbled “Well see you later Chii, Miya” quickly waving to the two girls she headed out through the open door
“Yurina” Chii called, following her out of the house and grabbing hold of her hand, using it to turn the tall girl round.
“Yes” Yurina asked a rather sad look on her face
Chii leant up and kissed her on the cheek “Take care” she said sweetly as Yurina looked at her, eyes wide with shock
“I, um, yes-yes leaving now, er call you later, or something” Yurina said, her cheeks burning as she did so, Yurina quickly bowed to Chii before heading of down the street
Chii smiled as the girl walked away, watching her for a while before heading back into the house. She shut the door and turned round to see that Miya was not there, Chii sighed, no matter, she knew where Miya would be, she made her way upstairs to her room and looked to where she knew Miya would be, and there she was, just like all ways, sitting up on the windowsill where she had sat for as long as Chii cared to remember.
“So” Miya said looking out the window from her perch “You and Yurina eh?”
“I-I'm thinking about giving it a go with her” Chii said quietly not really wanting to look at Miya but unable to look away
Miya nodded as she continued to look out the window “Really?” she asked, an odd little smile on her face “that's.... good isn't it?”
“For some reason Chii wanted to shout out that it wasn't good but those words escaped her “She's really been here for me recently you know” she explained instead, like it was some sort of excuse “Yurina really cares for me too” she added, well that at least was true
“Will you be happy with her?” Miya asked, her gaze moving from the view outside to look directly at Chii as if she was trying to read her mind
“I believe so yes” Chii replied, almost hating herself for saying it to Miya
Miya jumped down from her seat on the window sill and ran over to hug Chii “Congratulations, I'm happy for you” she said happily, ruffling Chii's hair
“I haven't even asked her out yet” Chii replied sitting down on the bed “she might say no” you mean you hope she says no her brain added
Miya laughed a liitle as she moved over to stand by the window “Don't worry Chii, she'll say yes”
“You can tell” Chii asked, Miya once again just nodded in response “Oh....good, I'm glad”
Miya looked down at the windowsill she had so often sat on “Chii can I ask you something?”
“What?”
“Why is this ledge all ways clear? I mean the rest of your room is, well it's a mess Chii it all ways has been but this windowsill is all ways been clean for the last couple of years”
Chii looked over at Miya, the girl was gently rubbing her hands on the windowsill as if she was stroking it “It's, well, it's because of the person who sits there” she said eventually
Miya's hands stopped roaming the ledge as she tensed at Chii's words “It hasn't been clear her forever though”
“I know” Chii responded “But I began to feel that if I kept it clean that person would keep coming back, I suppose it was my way of showing that there was all ways a space for them here”
Miya smiled as she sat back up on the windowsill and leant her head back against the window “Thank you Chii”
“Thank you Miya”
“Thank me? For what Chii?” Miya asked leaning forward
“Because you keep on coming back”
“Well why wouldn't I?” Miya asked “You're my bes friend after all”
“I know” Chii replied sadly “It's just, well you haven't been round much lately, I just wondered....”
“It's my fault Chii, it has nothing to do with you” Miya said sternly before softening her expression and contnuing “Mind you that's why I came over, you see me and Saki though it would be cool to get all the girls over to her house for a sleepover as we haven't done one in years, you interested?”
“I'd love to Miya, it will be nice to do something as a team, but, why did you have to come over, you could of just e-mailed me you know”
“Well, the truth is I used I as an excuse” Miya smiled to herself “To come and see you, as you said yourself it's been a while, didn't plan on seeing Yurina here though”
“Miya can I ask you something?”
“Yes”
“Would you, be O.K. If I dated Yurina”
Miya sat down on the bed next to Chii “If you would be happy with her than I would give it my blessings, I just want you to be happy Chii”
“You'd make me the happiest Miya” was what Chii wanted to say but couldn't bring herself to do it “Thanks Miya” she replied instead
Miya patted Chii on the shoulder “Well, I should get going” she said standing up
“Oh right” Chii said “You-you could stay, if you like”
Miya paused as if tempted by the idea “No I gotta go, perhaps next time?”
“Yeah that would be nice” Chii said sadly as she lead Miya to the door
“Well, see you around” Miya grabed Chii and gave her a hug
“Yeah” hiireplied holding tightly onto Miya “Thanks for coming round”
“My pleasure as all ways” Miya said gently stroking one of Chii's arms before realizing what she was doing and stepping away “Well bye”
“Bye Miya” Chii called as she closed the door
Miya heard the door close and took the deep breath she had been wanting to take for a while, her heart was beating so fast.... but then this had happened before after leaving this house
“Again?” she asked herself before heading home
