Just finished Child of Light and something that stood out to me (among the many beautiful things in this game) were the epic boss themes (which are strangely not on the OST? at least not the choir versions)

Plus the the main theme is hautingly beautiful

There's new music that plays when playing Gwent in the new Witcher 3 expansion. It's just as fantastic as the music from the original.

I'm watching Pat and Liam from Super Best Friends do a playthrough of Nier at the moment. As much as the game is revered as a cult classic I'm afraid I never got the chance to play it so I figured this would be a good way to catch up before potentially playing Nier Automata later in the year. One thing they constantly praise is the soundtrack and from little I've heard of it so far I can't really argue, it sounds fantastic:

Watching Two Best Friends Play Silent Hill 3 and watched the beginning where they played this track. Never played the game unfortunately, but for some reason I do remember this song. Instantly struck a chord with me then and it still does now.

Though I haven't played much of this game (or even completed the first one

), every time FF X-2 loads up I wait and listen to this song play before I start up my save file.

So soothing and relaxing...

Completed FFXV last night and while I have reservations about a lot of things, the soundtrack cannot be denied. It just deserves a better story.

Reached the city of Meridian in Horizon Zero Dawn today and was instantly won over by the background song. Didn't think any game could come close to The Witcher 3 in creating such gorgeous towns with compelling music to go with it. More than happy to be proved wrong in this instance.
