For some reason it wouldn't play right in my MPC (video kept freezing at around the 10:30 mark). But then I tried it on VLC and it worked fine.

Mari and Kemeko duet = PWNAGE!!!

^ yeah there is some kind of break in the contents of the file around that mark, had to skip a few frames while re-encoding.

If an avi file is damaged you can make it playable by using virtualdub and doing direct stream copy.

I find though that media player classic can even play damaged files and it can also adjust the ratio by pressing the arrow keys on the numeric pad while the video is playing. I was pleased when I discovered it could do this - no more having to re-encode a video because some idiot had messed up the ratio!

This is a wmv file with a 'bad block' somewere in the middle... the block has to be skipped, not copied.

There's a prog called asftools that can be used to repair damaged asf/wmv files. It doesn't always work though but it's worth trying.

You can also use it to make non-seekable asf/wmv files seekable (you may have seen some of the flets/gyao files with the file extension .bsr.wmv - they've been made seekable using the 'basic repair' option with this prog.)

I was REALLY displeased with Yurina's Ai no Bakayaro... At the beginning, she was completely offkey, and it sounded HORRIBLE! Luckily for her, she got back on tune, but it definitely was one of my least favorite kids performances so far

Has it been said anywhere why Shibata Ayumi wasn't there. It doesn't make sense to invite the other 3 MKB members and not her. Maybe she was ill or something?

Ya Ayumi is their front girl... But I was really disappointed with Yurina! I mean she got a solo at their concert, but she disappoints in HPH.. shame Yurina shame.... So who's next?
