A mother of five who lay in wait in a sniper's nest before killing her abusive husband has been found not guilty of murder.

But then the reason for her to kill him due to his abusement is understandable.

maybe i've been watching too many law&order spinoffs lately but isn't premeditative murder still a crime?
why, after years of abuse, had she not gone to the police? or maybe sending him to prison is just less fun...
