Jeeez, another rough batch...

THE PEACE!  Arguably one of the ten best of all time.

ROMAN MY DEAR BOY  Amazingly this song was used in a story segment on National Public Radio as a archetype of mainstream pop music in Japan, illustrating how banal and corporate it is.  Funny cause I think this is one of the most ROCKIN' song ever to be released in the Musume Canon.  Oh, well; their loss.

MR. MOONLIGHT ~AI NO BIG BAND~  I think it's between this and "Koko ni Iruzee!"  I chose this one because the arrangement is something we never experienced, before or since.  And also unforgettable is how it brought Yossie to the forefront as a solid performer and personality in the group.  That she became quite the babe during this period didn't hurt either.

The Peace is so awesome it's the only jpop song that makes my co-workers dance, as opposed to make them stop to look at me funny or ask me "what the hell is this?". In fact, they like it so much they often request it, and get very upset if I don't have it with me for our parties.

Sexy Boy, in addition to being a very good pop song, brings back tons of bittersweet memories of living in Japan. Ffffuuuuu.

I'm not really sure why my last vote goes to Roman.. @_@; But it does. I just think it's a great song. Honourable mentions to pretty much EVERY OTHER SONG IN THIS GROUP. Aaaaugh, this was tough xD;

1)Sexy Boy ~Soyokaze ni Yorisotte~ : My favorite Musume song of all time. This will continue to be my #1 if it survives throughout the voting.
 
2)Roman My Dear Boy. : I  like it, and its instrumentals. It reminds me of music in ATV Offroad Fury 2.

3)The Peace! : Makes me feel nostolgic.

Joshi Kashimashi Monogatari - First pv I ever watched of Morning Musume- I became obsessed, thought Kago and Tsuji were twins due to their identical outfits and that blonde girl in the blue shirt kept catching my eye.... even though she was described as a boyish girl... >___> what was this?
Mr. Moonlight ~Ai no Big Band~ - After researching this blonde girl called "Hitomi"? I read she cross dressed and sung in a video called Mr.Moonlight- checked that out.... and realised.... I liked girls!!! >D Well... I knew kind of but that just set me off completely! Awesome song, awesome Yossie!~
THE PEACE - Yeah- it's awesome- urinals, sailor outfits, toilet cubicles, shiny "mm" flag~~ I love this PV!

Joshi Kashimashi Monogatari - Hands down one of my all time favourites. It's fast paced, and the sax isn't bad either.

Mr. Moonlight - As with life, variety is a spice. Loving the broadway feel if this one, as well as the dramatic shifts in pitch, when the the "boys" sing.

THE PEACE! - The lyrics are so ridiculous. Sweet intro.

Honorable mention: Koko ni iruzee. Damn you for putting these four in the same post.

Ugh, this one was extremely difficult So many great singles. I looooove all these A-sides except Aruiteru.

Koko ni Iruzee is one of my fave MM songs, such great energy and strength in it. And I loooove Jun Lover as well. Cannot eliminate this one. <3

The Peace is a great classic and never ceases to be fun and exciting when I listen to it. Same for its B-side, Dekkai, which many people seem to dislike but I loooooove!! I even love doing the dance whenever I watch the old concerts <3

One last spot... So difficult...

I looove JKM but decided to eliminate it because it can get repetitive. Same for its B-side, Jun Lover, which is such a sweet sounding song and brings me lovely memories from O!P. <3

Sexy Boy is good but just not as good as the others to me.

I never liked Aruiteru, much less Morning Curry, so no.

It's so difficult to choose between Mr. Moonlight and RMDB. >_<  I don't particularly love either of their b-sides so that doesn't help me. Both have great fun coreographies and I liked the styling and costumes of both. Both PV's were pretty cool. I guess my tie breaker is gonna end up being the AWESOMENESS that are Nacchi and Yossi dressed as boys XDDD *_____________*
