but may i ask what does it mean to graduate from akb48? Kicked out or they left? Because i read somewhere that rina nakanishi was kicked out but some were saying she qiutted.

Graduation is when a girl (and/or the management) declares that she is ready to move on from AKB48. The girls usually announce their graduations at the end of a stage or within a month from the day that they are graduating. In some rare cases, the girls declare their graduations abruptly on the same day they decide to graduate. The reasons for a girl's graduation is usually because she is ready to move on to the next stepping stone in life such as studying in school or taking up a career.

IIRC, Nakanishi Rina had a proper graduation so she wasn't kicked out.

It also depends:

If the person stays in the J-Entertainment industry post-grad then it's a graduation, otherwise it's instead a retirement

The pic is the aforementioned Rina Nakanishi, and she is actually wearing a whole lot more there than she has been on camera of late... well, especially in 2010-11. She's been doing full-scale JAV, though seems to have semi-retired or maybe completely by now. Her taking up AV was a source of grief for many AKB followers as she had been in AKB48 right from the start and was one of the leading lights till her health started to give way. She then graduated, retired out of sight for a while, and then re-emerged as an AV star.

So, she certainly wasn't dressed like that in anything produced by Aki-P; but yes, she's an AKB48 graduate.
