looks like there is also a longer version around now

the "MIRAI" part @4:04 took me by surprise

the more i listen to it, the more i like it~
i already liked the chorus when i saw the really short preview from the concert by jijipress, thought some parts of the dance were really cool (well didn't show much but that left me a very nice impression)
i first found those chipmunk ~~star~~/~~sun~~light and moonlight kinda creepy, but now i don't hate them...

now let's see if they are going to come up with some nice pv

Just joking. Totally like the song and PV, with its 80's style, right down to the dance.

Miya's cowboy hat is so random though.

I think all of the staff had a ton of fun making this, trying different types of editing and styling... The editing in some parts is a bit more experimental than usually in H!P PVs (that I can remember)... Sure there is the obligatory ~longing gazes~ bit, but the extremely fast cuts, split screens, and even slow-mo replay of Captain's dance at one point are a fun change from the usual...

I wonder if some of their creative staff was different this time?? It looks more like a "normal" pop video than a H!P video

I haven't been watching PVs a lot though, so maybe this is nothing new...

The wig stuff was totally gagaripoffish, especially Captain's lightning bolt make-up, but for H!P it was new so it was fun

I think they all looked amazing, too

I wish the song was as experimental, but I guess you can't get everything at once

OMG CAPTAIN

Slow-mo dance shot... those boots... So hot.

Though I have to say they pretty much all own in this. Maasa was great, and Miya too

Risako was her usual self... Somehow it didn't seem to fit Chinami and Momo as well though since this isn't er... exactly the type of image they normally convey

Although they did try to individualize a bit. I think this is the least Momo I've seen in awhile.

As to the PV in general, I was surprised by the Gaga-style shots.

Though it's very refreshing to see something different like that from H!P. Give it to Berryz to try something a bit wilder first...

Suddenly everything is win about this single.

Now if only they performed in the Gaga outfits for Sakuracon...

I love how even the line distribution is. Maasa, Chinami, and Captain actually getting to sing multiple lines each!

The lighting effects were great. I thought they really added some visual appeal to the dance shot like C-ute's Bye Bye Bye!

They've had Yurina at the center for the last four or so singles, and this one continues that trend.
With her height, good looks, and model-like proportions, I'm not surprised that she's being placed front and center even if only for visual purposes.

The Gaga wigs and eye makeup added a bit of flavor to this video.
I really liked Captain's lightning bolt, Chinami's rainbow, and Miyabi's diamond.
Risako's star was alright, and the others weren't as memorable.

I loved the dance shot costumes, except for Miyabi's.
Why is hers the only one that's got a frumpy hat and isn't black and white?
It's like the costume designers forgot to make her one and she had to use her own clothes with whatever hat they had laying around.

The song itself wasn't as memorable to me though.
I personally think Magical Future is catchier, but this video is enough to make me watch it again and get to like it more. (probably)

It really feels like this year H!P's PVs have more pop and personality this year.
I wonder if they're putting more effort into them now that they know the value of YouTube as a marketing tool.
In any case, I hope the trend continues!

They are singing "Chloe~" at the end of the chorus, right? or is it just "Glowing" or "Koi" and I'm hearing it wrong??
If it's "Chloe"- this really feels like a calling back to berryz fangirling-- Awesome song, awesome dance, what seems like Lady Gaga inpired close up shots (I somewhat secretly obsess over Gaga lately) and CALLING MY NAME AT THE END OF THE CHORUS?! ;;
