She jumped 'into' the box at 12 (20031122), she has the hight for jumping, but timing is the diffucult part...

ummm..... I see it too, but don't know the problem either.
It's not like she has some internal problem with the shoulder since she can wave her arms like crazy.
Perhaps some skin injuries on the arm part underneath the shoulder (you know the place where people get needle shots). Maybe a scare or needle shot from sickness so she has to cover it.
