So overnight the Twitter apps on my Touch went kaput due to "API over limit" or whatever. Desktop apps seem to work but last I checked my Tweetie and Tweetdeck were still conked out.

I'm not sure Twitter has even addressed this issue, even though people all over the world are screaming WTF! (even in other languages -- I can tell). How's it going now?

Yeah, my twitter app randomly stopped working D: Glad to know it isn't just me. I'm using twhirl, and the only message it's giving me is "limit exceeded, paused 5min" 8D

My network provider finally decided to roll out the Android 2.1 update to HTC Hero handsets. Not the most user friendly process, it's not like a system update for an iPhone where you just press a button and it's done, I had to download a new ROM to the mobile first from the HTC website which deleted everything I had except for stuff that was on my SIM card. Contacts, apps, all gone. Took me about 2 hrs to do that, install the new system and reinstall my apps. But it's worth it though. The phone's almost like brand new, as it's easier to use, the marketplace is updated and best of all, Google Maps. Very handy.
