"Bed Intruder" viral video star Antoine Dodson busted

Internet sensation Kevin Antoine Dodson was arrested in Alabama over the weekend according to reports.  The 24-year-old was arrested Saturday early morning for second degree possession of marijuana. Dodson was stopped in Huntsville for speeding and was arrested on numerous misdemeanor charges including failure to appear on two previous traffic charges, failure to possess mandatory liability insurance and speeding. A small bag of marijuana was allegedly found during the traffic stop. Dodson posted $1,340 bond and was released.

Dodson later took to his Twitter account and tweeted, "Let me be the first to tell it! So just got out of jail off a weak charge!!! Got pulled over in my Benz and they got me ... I never been in jail except that time in grade school."

Dodson became "famous" after his rant on a local television news program after his sister was attacked in her apartment in the Lincoln Park projects. The Gregory Brothers turned the "Hide ya kids, hide ya wife" rant into a hit music video that quickly went viral. Dodson was reportedly given half the proceeds from the Bed Intruder Song hit and was able to buy his family a safer home. Dodson has appeared on numerous television shows since his rise to fame including an appearance on the  2010 BET Hip-Hop Awards show.
