CHAPTER 4:AT THE CLUBHOUSE“Hey what was the commotion earlier?” Jun yawned.
“Yah, what happened?”Riku yawned too
“Why are you two yawning?” Kuu asked awhile eating his lunch
“Too …..Yawn* ….tired.” Jun and Riku both said. Kuu laugh.
“Well you guys were at IT the whole night and again this morning, so, DUH, it’s obvious that, you’ll be that tired” Kuu teased. Jun and Riku both blushed.
“So what was commotion earlier, I heard a scream.” Riku sat down on next to Kuu.
“You guys should have seen it” Kuu smile widely
“Why?” Jun sat the other side of Kuu
“Sae got slapped…Chuckle*” Kuu explained.
“UHHHH!!!! Who’s the girl?” Riku said as he starts eating.
“Damn… I forgot to ask her name. I was distracted by the situation.” Kuu curse himself
“Why to go Kuu.” Jun chided as he took a bite
“For now let’s call her flower girl.” Kuu said. Riku and Jun just nodded and continue eating
“How did she end up here?” Jun asked
“She said she’s here to deliver some bouquets to the headmaster but got lost and ended up here.” Kuu explain as he finished his lunch
“Hmmm. So what happened next? How did Sae got slapped?” Riku asked interested to hear why Sae, the player in the group got slap.
“Well, I guess she chimes the doorbell but, we’re all too BUSY to hear, and then bang on the door and notice the door was open. Then she comes in.”Kuu said.
“I heard her calling, if someone’s home so I head down stairs.”Kuu holding his laughter “Then I heard a scream and SLAP*” Kuu continued “I run down, saw Sae half-naked with a swollen cheek.”Kuu finally let out his laughter
“Did he do something to the girl?” Jun asked
“No.” Tomohiko yawned.
“What the Flip! Tomo! You scared us” Jun and Riku said.
“Just like you guys she got scared and thought Sae was a ghost.” Kuu explained further.
“It’s Sae’s fault anyway, He left the door open, scared the girl and now his with her, they head to the headmaster.”Tomo said
“What an Idiot.” Riku chuckled.
AT KASHIWAGI RESIDENCE/FLOWER SHOPKai put Nami-chan down carefully on the bed, cover her with the blanket and chuckled.
“What’s so funny?” Atsuko asked
“Nothing, she just looks like an angel when she’s sleeping. It’s so cute.” Kai turned around to her and smile
“Yah, but once she wakes up, she’ll turn to a little monster.” Acchan look at her sleeping sister….. Kai chuckled
“Come on, we have deliveries to do.” Kai grabbed Atsuko’s hand. Atsuko was surprised that Kai grabbed her hand but didn’t say anything as she let Kai lead her downstairs. Kai stop mid-way stairs. Atsuko bumped to Kai as she didn’t notice Kai stop walking.
“What wrong?” she asked as she follow Kai’s gaze. ‘Yukirin, but who’s the guy with him?’ Atsuko thought. She free her hand from Kai’s then walked down to where Yuki and the guy. Kai then followed Atsuko. They saw Yuki with her mom talking. Then Kai meet the gaze of the guy.
“Kai?!” the guy called. Atsuko and Kai walked toward them.
“What are you doing here Sae?” Kai asked not really please to see him here.
“Do you know each other?” Atsuko and Yukirin both asked.
“Know each other; we’re like brothers, right Kai?’ Sae moved to Kai’s side and place his arm on Kai’s shoulder.
The ladies looked at the two, still confused.
“I’m sorry, I haven’t properly introduced myself.” Sae said. “I’m Miyazawa Sae, please to meet you.” Sae introduce himself. Kai took Sae’s hand off his shoulder and glare at him.
“You didn’t answer my question Sae. Why the hell are you here?” Kai said
“Chill man, I was ORDERED by the headmaster to help Kashiwagi-chan.” Sae explain. Kai wasn’t convinced and give Sae a spill-out-everything look.
“Ok. Dude. Geez, so impatient….Kashiwagi-chan got lost and ended up at the clubhouse.”Sae pause and looked at Kai. Kai give him go-on-continue Look. Sae sigh
“Her scooter ran out of gas, so I took her to the headmaster then, here I am. “Sae finished.
“Is that all?” Kai asked kindly to the other girl.
“Uhmmm…not really…he leaves out some embarrassing things.” The girl said. Kai glared at Sae again, while the other girl just chuckled.
“You didn’t have to sell me out to Kai, you know Kashiwagi-chan” Sae said.
Yukirin’s mom, Minako, not really paying attention the kids, is in deep thought. ‘Really, what is going here…first, Takahashi, now even Miyazawa….If they know, they should be here, the moment, Takahashi Kai first come here............Nah, its no use thinking about it….I’ll just observed things for the meantime.’ Minako thought
“Ok, If you boys are here to help, then start moving. Here take this” Minako hand the bouquets to Sae.
Atsuko and the other girl giggle. Kai glared at Sae then grabbed the other bouquets. Kai walk toward Sae and whispered “Will talk later.” “Sae give me ride to Masters” Kai said as he notices he left his bike at master’s place.
“Yah, sure… Can you wait for us for like 5 minutes?” Sae asked the girls. Both the girls nodded. Then they left. After 5 minutes, they got back just like Sae said.
“Are things ready to go, Atsuko-san?” Kai asked as he starts loading the bouquets to a container. Then picked up the container and place it at end of the sit, tying it securely. Sae did the same thing, putting the bouquets to the container and securely tied the container on his bike. The whole afternoon was spent delivering.
“Finally were done. Whew*” Sae said in relief. Kai and Sae, Atsuko and Yuki are now seating comfortably on the living room, drinking their glasses of cold juice.
“Yes, it’s a good thing now happened” Acchan sigh in relief……
“Hey, what’s that suppose to mean, I keep my word, remember, I didn’t drive it too fast….”Kai pouted….
“Yes, that’s why I’m relief….”Acchan explained.
“Say, how did you made her ride on your bike…she never ever, even when master is giving her a ride back home, once ride a motorbike.” Yukirin wondered.
“I don’t know, it was Atsuko-san who insisted…”Kai explained
“Hey, you’re lucky Atsuko-san, that Kai let you on his bike…..He NEVER let ANYONE, even us his friends get on his bike before.” Sae grinned at Kai.
“Really……?”Acchan eyeing Kai. Kai blushed.
“ Anyways, we did a lot of deliveries, Is it always these busy around here?” Kai asked as he drinks his juice trying to change the topic.
“No, I think this is the first time this happened, right Yukirin? Atsuko asked her cousin Yuki.
“Yah, Acchan and I think it’s thanks to the guys.” Yukirin replied to her cousin.
“Glad to be of service….but next time can we have break time.”Sae smiled to the girls
“Say, Kashiwagi-chan can I have you number?” Sae asked Yukirin. He totally forgot about the revenge, spending the whole afternoon with her, made him think that Kashiwagi Yuki isn’t that bad…………but she’s still mean to him. And It’s the first time; a girl’s giving him a hard time….This made him more and more interested to Kashiwagi Yuki.
“Uhmmm…Give me a good reason to why should I give my number to you?”Yukirin raised her eyebrow.
“Uhmm….you said the reason why you have many deliveries today is because of me and Kai.”Sae explain. Yukirin didn’t believe everything Sae said.
“Uhmm…so? Was that really the real reason?” Yukirin said
“No…We just want to hang out with you girls again?”Sae honestly said.
“What do you mean, WE?” Kai asked.
“What? Don’t tell me you don’t want to hangout with ATSUKO-SAN” Sae grinned at Kai
“O-of course, I want to hangout with her, but it’s just….I don’t want to force her, if she doesn’t want to hang out with me.” Kai retorted back.
“Well sorry to disappoint you guys, we don’t owned cellphones, but if you want we can give you the store’s number.” Yukirin said
“Ohh, ok, I guess it’s better than nothing.” Sae said. Yukirin gave Kai and Sae the shop’s number.
“Well, I guess it’s time for us to leave, right Sae?” Kai said
“Wha-What, Come on dude it’s still early.” Sae whined. But Kai glared at him
“Fine.” Sae pouted. ‘Ahh his so cute when he pouts’ Yukirin thought
“Well Atsuko-san, Kashiwagi-san, well take our leave.” Kai said
“Hey, why am I called Kashiwagi-san when you’re calling Acchan Atsuko-san? Call me Yukirin, we’re just the same age right? Anyways I feel old being called like that. And you should also call Acchan, Acchan” Yukirin complained
“Why didn’t you complain to me when I was calling you Kashiwagi-chan, that’s not fair, I’ll call you Yukirin too “Sae Whined?
Kai looked at Atsuko who just smiled at him. ‘I guess that yes ‘Kai thought
“Then we’re leaving now goodnight, Yukirin, A-Acchan” Kai said then blush when he called Atsuko, Acchan. Kai start walking to his bike. Atsuko chuckled. ‘His so cute when he blush’ She thought
“Goodnight Yukirin, Acchan.” Sae said then followed Kai.
“Goodnight Sae, Kai” Acchan and Yukirin called, and then both giggled.
After the boys left, Yukirin corned Acchan. Acchan’s trying to escape but gave up. She knew that her cousin wouldn’t let her go to bed with asking her about Kai.
“So…Acchan?” Yukirin grinned at Acchan
Acchan didn’t responded and just waited for Yukirin to ask questions
“How did you meet Kai-kun?” Yukirin starts, the Who wants to be a millionaire game question
“Yesterday Nami meet him, at the park, then ….” Acchan said
“Then?” Yukirin urged Acchan to continue. Acchan explained everything except the conversation between Master and Kai she and Nami-chan accidentally heard.
’ That part is mine to keep, Yukirin doesn’t need to know that’ she thought. After the long explanation, Yukirin seems satisfied and didn’t notice that Acchan hide something from her. Atsuko has a natural poker face. Even Yukirin doesn’t fully understand Acchan but one thing she understands, her cousin Acchan is definitely mysterious.
“So, what do you think of Kai-kun?” Yukirin finally ask the $1million question
“I don’t know, I only meet him today…If I get to know him more… then maybe I can answer your question better… but he’s definitely intriguing me.” Atsuko
honestly said, almost the same way she answered Master.
“So…. what about you?” Atsuko suddenly change the topic
“What about me?” Yukirin said feigning innocence. Obviously she knows what Acchan meant
“What do you think of Sae-kun?” Acchan said. This time its Acchan turn to grin at Yukirin
“Acchan remember what I told you last night?” Yukirin said
“You mean the drunken guy that flirt with you and cause a scene at Master’s place?”Acchan recalling… ‘What’s that got to do with Sae? Oh no, don’t tell me his that drunk guy? Acchan thought
“Yes, his that guy.” Yukirin said
“What!!!” Acchan shouted
“Remember this afternoon, he told you about how I got lost on their campus and ended up to their house.” Yukirin asked
“Yah, I remember it and you said there’s more to it.” Acchan now looked interested.
“Actually I slap him hard” Yukirin grinned remembering what happened
“Good, he totally deserves it.” Acchan grinned back
“At first I thought it was a ghost since his hand were cold when he tap my shoulder, I screamed, I turned around to check if it was really a ghost but instead saw
him, and I instantly slap him.” Yukirin explain still grinning.
“And then… do you remember about my scooter running out of gas?” Yukirin asked. Acchan nodded
“Actually, I lied, there were still enough gas to take me home.” Yukirin stick out her tongue. Acchan could belief her cousin…..
“OH GOD, Yukirin you’re so evil” Acchan laughing
“But that was not the best part.” Yukirin grinned evilly. Acchan try to calm herself so that she can actually heard everything what Yukirin is about to say.
“We were at the headmaster’s office, Sae starts to notice that I might actually be doing those things on purpose, but I wasn’t caught, since the headmaster was sort of helping me, I guess. The best part was whenever Sae whined the headmaster would shut him up… If you’ve seen how scared he was…You would laugh so hard…. I was ordering him around when he was asked to help me with the flowers, calling him idiot whenever he can’t do a simple flower arrangement and I can hear the headmaster chuckling whenever I call him that.” Yukirin explain further
“Yukirin you’re definitely the evilest person I ever know….Well at least you get your revenge” Acchan said.
“So in the end… he still didn’t recognize you?” Acchan asked
“No, he didn’t. “Yukirin smiled victorious
“So what are you going to do with Sae now….I can totally see that he is so into you” Acchan tease
“I ‘m not gonna do anything… besides his a total player….let’s just wait and see if he is truly sincere.” Yukirin honestly said. The girls head upstairs and went to their own rooms and sleep.
AT THE CLUBHOUSE “We’re back!!!!” Sae announce. Kai didn’t say anything and starts heading to his room.
“Ohh Hey welcome back….” Riku grinning at Sae
Sae looked confused, as to why Riku grinning at him. As for Kai he’s too tired to play with the guys right now.
“Kai !!!” Tomo called. Kai ignored Tomo’s called and enter his room
“What’s up with him?” Jun asked
“His just tired….” Sae sat down on an empty chair
“So what happened with that flower girl?” Riku asked still grinning at him
“Her name is Kashiwagi Yuki, Yukirin, not flower girl.” Sae irritated.
“uuuuuuhhhhh!!!!….Sae-kun don’t tell me, you’ve fallen for her?”Kuu teased. The guys stop whatever their doing and looked at Sae.
“S-shut up!!!! Kuu!!!” Sae fumbled in his words, as he is too embarrassed to admit that he’s gotten quite interested at Yukirin
“Ohh, God, he really is in love!!!! Our Sae, the player in the group, for the first time, is finally experiencing LOVE” Tomo smiled widely
“So what was she like?” Jun asked. Since Jun wasn’t there at that time. He was out on a date with Rena-chan and just got back a little earlier than Kai and Sae.
“She was dominating Sae.” Riku said. The guys all looked at him
“How did you know?” Kuu intrigued.
“Well, I was with….Yuko….when I saw Sae on his bike with a girl at the office entrance.”Riku said
“Then…. What happened?” Tomo impatiently asked
“We followed them…. all the way to the headmaster’s office.” Riku said as he try not to laugh as he remembers what he and Yuko saw. Sae suddenly blushed when he remembers what happened at the office.
“Come on Riku… what actually happened in there.” Jun urged Riku to continue.
“Well, we only get to see a scaredy cat Sae and Sae getting his ass whipped by that Kashiwagi girl.” Riku finished. Then they all laugh, except Sae, who’s so embarrass and just want to get away from the guys. But as soon as he stands up t Tomo and Riku both grabbed his arms and pulled him back.
“No~No~No, Sae-kun, you’re not going anywhere” Kuu grinned evilly. Sae gulped* scared of what Kuu might do to him. Whenever Kuu smile like that, it means his up to no good.
“That’s the expression he made whenever he whined and the headmaster will just shut him up.:” Riku added. Then they laughed again.
“By the way, why did you and Kai arrive together? Did you meet him somewhere or just coincidences” Tomo intrigued.
“Well, my friend, I only meet him up at Yukirin’s flower shop” Sae felt relief that Tomo changed the subject.
“And his with a girl, Yukirin’s cousin, Acchan.” Sae grinned
“Ohh this is getting more and more interesting” Kuu grinned widely. The guys nodded in agreement.
“So that’s why, his so happy this morning” Jun said.
“Yah, he’s in love!!!” Tomo said out loud that even Kai heard it.
“Damn right I LOVE HER!!!!” Kai shouted in his room. The guy was shocked from what they’ve just heard, and looked towards to Kai’s room
AT KAI’S ROOMKai fall down to bed. He was so tired. He played all morning with Nam-chan and helps with Acchan the deliveries in the afternoon. He isn’t complaining about it, in fact it’s the opposite he was so happy that he get to spend more alone time with Acchan. Kai can hear the guys laughing and teasing all the way to his room, but just ignore it. He was too tired to shut the guys up. His mind is full Acchan, what master said to him, what he said to master, how Atsuko Uhmmm, heard their conversation, her every action, her blushes, and most of all her angelic smile. Suddenly, Kai heard Tomo shout “Yah he’s in love!!!” ‘Better remember to kill Sae-kun tomorrow’ Kai made a mental note. ’Well, the guys right I am in love.’ Kai admitted in his thought
“Damn right I LOVE HER!!!!” he shouted.
