I've been listening to Zenbu Kimi no Sei Da a lot in the last few days. I like it. They seem to like meshing together parts that don't seem to go well together but it ends up sounding pretty good. It reminds me a lot of Passcode for some reason, just not quite as heavy and also minus the screaming. The sad anime video is really cool.

Well, it's probably worth summarising what went down today.

So, a solo idol by the name of Tomita Mayu https://twitter.com/tomitamayu got stabbed 20 times by a fan. The guy was arrested and she's in hospital.

If the rumours are true about the identity of the guy's twitter account, he's been stalking her and sending her creepy messages for a while.

This is really horrible news and I hope the girl will be okay, and that nothing like this happens again, but seems like there are always crazy people...

I hope the girl makes a full recovery. Wishing her the best.

Last time, after the AKB stabbing, there was increased security from a number of groups, some groups have already reacted to this, AP announcing baggage inspections etc.

This is horrible news for the idol world. I hope the number of hand shake events won't be scaled back as a result. Every time some nutcase does something like this, every idol fan is affected. I hope she'll be alright.

What is police supposed to do? They are only allowed to act AFTER things happen. Would have been good, if they could have given the guy a beating, after the girl notified the police.

^ she reported him as a crazy stalker, she returned a gift he sent so she would have provided the police with address of the guy and as far as I know the police did nothing.
