This setlist was way out there.  Lots of power-voting of the underdogs, so we get NMB, KII, SDN, Team B, and Dakishimechai which included NMB and KII members all up there, with most of the big singles dethroned. Seriously did not expect Kachuusha outdoing Furage, though.

But YEEEEEESSSSSSS AKBAND 
Yeah, I expected its terrible-ness because the SKEband was also a disaster (oh Rena your trumpetting is so terrible ) but damn, Takamina, learning that solo in what a couple months' time? Like a boss.
Major props to Miichan for learning trombone, too. That shit don't come easy. I don't know why they didn't put Miichan on drums since Yukirin can already play trombone, though.

I am still astounded how they were able to get a band together, and hop out there after a pretty long concert.......Yukirin and her million watt smile while she is bashing away on the drums, Yui, Rena, Sasshi, and Miichan, all concentrating over in the brass section, Mayu and Kojiharu filling it all with the keyboards while standing tall and looking good, The Swinging Singing back up crew Sae, Rie, Akicha, Tomomi, and Sayanee, the snap to percussion trio Jurina,Mariko and Tomochin, the get down to it bass player Yuko, rocking out rhythm guitarist Aachan, and Kakoii of Kakoii Takamina on lead guitar.....
watching it live, and checking out veryone's posts while this was all happening as we watched from  several different continents......
also while the main girls were singing Heavy Rotation, all the girls on the steps were moving and grooving like there was no tomorrow...
And then everyone joining in on Aitakatta........great, great, moments

Yeah, so I missed it. Hopefully someone grabbed the whole thing, and it'll show up in the usual places. It happened with the Kouhaku concert, so I don't see why not.

Anyway, 3 NMB48 songs in the top 25?  HELL YEAH!!! I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who realizes how awesome they are. I am surprised that Oh My God! was higher than Zetsumetsu, though.

There's also a KII3 song. 

No Faint at all this year. 

LOL at Kurukurupaa getting so high. 

SDN48 fans didn't quite have the voting power to pull off an upset, but I am surprised they got all the way up to 3rd.

I did watch the AKBand video, and it was awesome. Not because they sounded good, but because... it's an AKBand dammit.
