Nakai san was doing his usual facial expressions to get some giggles from the younger girls- great post, oaxiac san!! And fun to see Risa now in the position that Yuko once held, the eldest member doing her best to larn them youngin's some good habits........and Risa is doing a good job, as the 9 and 10's were quite confident and lovely in their intros. Plus glad to see Fairies there, they are a great group of young performers.

Well here is a nostalgic clip (embedding not allowed by the poster, so please watch on YouTube) with Yuko and her smooth vocals (she and Kei Yasuda were Tsunku's go to vocalists to perfect the studio recordings) along with two of the finest lead vocalists in the H!P stable, Miki and Maki. The song is あの素晴しい愛をもう一度 / Ano Subarashii Ai Wo Mouichido (That Splendid Love Once More), written by former Folk Crusader members Osamu Kitayama and the late Katohiko Kato, and has become one of Japan's most beloved songs since it was first released in April 1971.

Kanon was giving both history and art history lessons with her impression.
She was imitating the look of American Commodore Perry, who brought iron clad gunboats to Japan,
and forced Japan to engage in trade. (Kanon said "Boeki suru" which means "Do some trading")
Nakai tells her that he does not dislike her high spirits.

Kanon schooling us and funning us at the same time FTW!

according to sources a lot of the last episode of black variety was cut out. Suzuki, Maachan and Eripon had much longer parts apparently, but due to time constraints they were cut.

That can't be right.
It's true though that the ntv schedule lists different guests for this Sunday, but there's no way they'd hold off on a segment like that for a month.
If anything, I'd think it's only postponed till the 13th.

Maybe it's something like a special Golden Week episode, after which they return to their normal programming?
