hahaha i know i know i haven't updated this fic for a very long time now. it's been 7 months i think? but i feel guilty now especially some of you are still commenting and waiting for an update. Well to be honest I somewhat lost the plot of this story and some of you received a pm from me. Well i really don't know if this will be an interesting update or not. I did my best but maybe it will disappoint you?HAHAHA i don't have confidence with this one but nevertheless I want to give you an update and criticisms and suggestions are welcome

Chapter 07
“hey are you ok, you’re bleeding, oi wake up, wake up!” she shouted as I’m about to lose my consciousness
“acchan and mariko take him to the van, we can handle this” Yuki shouted and beat the guy who hits me.
--- Writer’s PoV---
Acchan and Mariko took Kai to the car and left the other WNA members fighting with the bad guys. Mariko drove the car to the nearest hospital in the city.
“ hey can you help us? We have an emergency here coz our friend was hit with a metal tube in the head” Mariko said to the receptionist.
“friend?” Acchan whispered to Mariko
“just go with the flow Acchan, you don’t want the people to know what really happened right?” mariko whispered back.
“alright alright” Acchan said
The receptionist quickly called for a doctor and some nurses. The doctor and nurses then speedily went to where Mariko’s car parked and smoothly transferred Kai’s body to the gurney and immediately send him into the OR.
“you can wait here Miss’s, your friend will be fine” The nurse said and then went inside the OR.
“the nurse said he’ll be fine, let’s go back now Mariko” Acchan said trying to walk towards the exit.
“we can’t leave him alone, especially he’s the brother of our client. We have a responsibility here since we brought him in the location. We have to make sure he is totally fine before we can make a report to his sister” Mariko said while sitting down in the bench waiting for the operation to finish.
“but we didn’t forced him to come with us. It was his decision, it was his own will and besides, maybe Yuki and the others need our help there” Acchan trying to convince her cousin said
“Hey Acchan, that person inside the OR protected you. He even risks his own life for you and this is all you can do? Leaving him alone here?” Mariko trying to lower her voice because they are in a public place replied.
“I didn’t command him to protect me neither to risks his own life for me” Acchan shouted with anger
“your voice Acchan, we are in a public place” Mariko reminded
“sorry, I was just carried away with my emotions” Acchan apologized and leaned on the wall trying to calm herself a little bit.
“what’s wrong with you? You’re not the Acchan that I knew before” Mariko stood up and walked to where Acchan is leaning.
“nothing” the only word that came out from Acchan’s mouth.
“of course it’s not just nothing, I know there’s something wrong. Tell me, what’s wrong with you? What’s really bothering you?” Mariko puts her hand to Acchan’s shoulders and looks deeply inside her eyes.
“Tell me” she added
“I don’t want to bother you guys with my own problems” Acchan removed her earpiece then walks towards the vending machine to get something to drink. Mariko who is standing there just watches Acchan’s back with a sad eyes.
“I just want to know the story behind your lonely eyes” Mariko thought and sat down in the chair waiting for the operation to be finish.
“is everything fine Mariko, Acchan?” Yuko worriedly asked
“I forgot you guys can hear us and she can’t hear you, she just removed her earpiece just seconds ago” Mariko sighed
“what happened?” Yuki asked. Noises can be heard as they are still doing their work.
“I’ll tell you guys about it later, just concentrate to the things you’re doing right now” Mariko ordered to the members.
“here”
Mariko looked at the ice cold coffee in front of her. She then looked up to the person who is offering the drink.
“take it”
“Acchan” she whispered and then took the drink.
“you heard what I said to them right?”
“yeah sort of”
“they’re worried about you, we are worried about you”
“I’ll be in the rooftop to have some fresh air”
With that, the hallway is now filled with silence while Acchan is walking away leaving Mariko behind.
There’s still lot of words that Mariko wants to deliver to Acchan but afraid that she can’t hold her tears any longer.
“why?” she said loud enough for Acchan to hear.
“why are you keeping all the pain by yourself?” Mariko spoke again now trying to prevent a single tear to drop from her eyes.
Acchan who is walking away was shocked by the sudden question making her to stop walking midway.
“if your sad, then say it to us, if your lonely then tell us, if you have problems then share it to us. Don’t keep it to yourself. You saved us before now it’s our time to save you from your despair” Mariko who is now shedding tears stood up and looked at to where Acchan is standing.
“who am i? you said I’m not the person I used to be anymore. How can you guys save me from my own despair if I don’t know the reason why I’m in this room of loneliness, sadness and hatred. Right now my life is a puzzle with a piece missing” Acchan said without looking at Mariko then continued walking and went to the rooftop.
Mariko just stood there while looking at Acchan who is slowly vanishing from her sight. With Acchan’s question and words, Mariko now is somewhat lost and couldn’t find any answer. Even though she’s close with Acchan, she feels helpless.
Minutes had passed and the red light on the upper middle part of the room went off and then the door opened revealing the doctor who operates Kai.
Mariko quickly wipes her tears away and went to the doctor and ask if Kai is fine.
“the operation is successful, it’s not really that life threatening. He just needs some rest and he’ll be fine” the doctor bowed and then went to his
changing room.
“that’s good to hear” Mariko sighed with relief. The door once again opened revealing an unconscious Kai in gurney.
“excuse me miss but can you come to us in the reception area and sign some papers for the patient” A nurse asked.
“sure” Mariko followed the nurse and signed some papers. After signing she then went to comfort room to talk to other WNA members.
“how the thing going on in there?” she asked through her earpiece
“it’s already done, Mayu and Jurina already uploaded it on our website” Kojima spoke
“how about the payment?” Mariko asked as she is mostly the one who negotiate about it
“Rena was the one doing it” Miichan said while munching chips
“don’t worry Mariko, I’m smart if I’m not in Geki mode so the negotiation went fine. Payment will be at our bank account tomorrow” Geki said quickly before Mariko will say anything bad about her.
“oh I see. So do you guys want me to pick you up?” Mariko asked once again as being a driver for every mission they have is also her job.
“don’t bother, we’re already here in the hospital, now where are you?” Tomochin said
Mariko can hear some of the members’ voices asking where Kai’s room is.
“I’ll just meet you guys in Kai’s room” Mariko said then washes her hands and went out from the comfort room
*meanwhile in the rooftop *
A girl who is laying on the floor watch deeply in the scenery above her. It makes her feel warmth inside her heart like there’s someone who is watching her from above.
“you’re not the Acchan I knew before….. if your sad, then say it us, if your lonely then tell us, if you have problems then share it to us……… why are you keeping all the pain by yourself” she keeps replaying the words that Mariko said to her earlier.
“what kind of person I am really before?” she asked her own self while trying to reach a star from the sky.
“is being in the room of loneliness, sadness and hatred make me alive for a particular reason?”
“does this hatred inside me when I face those adults that do awful things in this society has something to do with my puzzled life?
“what’s the reason on all of this things?” she asked lots of question to herself but answer couldn’t find anywhere. Then a shooting star appeared in the scenery she currently looking at. She then closes her eyes and made a wish but suddenly a vague memory was played.
“neh Atsuko, when you miss me and wanted to see me just watch the stars in the sky and the most beautiful and sparkling star you see, that would be me” the girl who’s face can’t be seen clearly said with a smile.
“uhn” the girl named Atsuko said.
“what was that?” Acchan who was shocked from a sudden memory opened her eyes quickly.
“was that child me? and who’s that girl I’m talking with? Is she my mother?” Acchan is now in deep thought and currently lost in the forest of questions. She didn’t even bother her aching head as she still trying to analyze this weird memories appearance in these past few months.
“what the hell did really happen to me?” she looked up at the sky trying to find the most beautiful and sparkling star.
“Acchan, Kai is awake” A sudden voice interrupted her
“Are you ok?” The girl asked trying to get Acchan’s attention
“ohh Yuko, yeah I’m fine” Acchan looked at Yuko who is walking near her.
“air here is so refreshing, and the sky looks beautiful neh?” Yuko said and lay down beside her.
“yeah and It’s peaceful in here” Acchan replied looking back at the sky.
“about earlier---“ Yuko was about to say something but interrupted by Acchan
“let’s go” Acchan stood up and stretches her muscles.
“but”
“I don’t want to talk about it, not now”
“alright”
The two figures then went downstairs and go to where Kai room is.
“where are the others?” Yuko asked as she only saw few people the moment when she opens the door.
“Yuki,Rena and the TomoTomo went home. It’s not good that there are lots of people in here. Besides Mayu and Jurina are the only people in the house so Rena and Yuki are bit worried” Miichan said who is now eating an ice cream.
“so how is he?” the person behind Yuko asked
“Acchan” Kojima said
“he’s fine. He just needs some rest” Mariko stated with a smile.
“ohhh he’s awake” Kojima said then walked to where Kai is laying down.
“where am I?” Kai spoke looking around trying to figure out where he is.
“you are in the hospital, you save Acchan earlier remember?” Yuko said to the confuse Kai
“oh yeah, how is she?” Kai asked without even noticing that Acchan is there standing near the door.
“she’s fine, as you can see she’s here with us” Kojima pointed to where Acchan is standing.
“I’m glad you’re fine” Kai said with a smile.
“did you tell my parents about what happened to me?” Kai asked as he don’t want her family to be worried about him
“it’s fine, Mayu and Jurina handled it perfectly earlier. They used your voice that was recorded earlier when you were in the scene and edited it in the voice changer and called your parents that you’ll be sleeping over in your friend’s house and they said it’s fine” Yuko said
“oh thanks”
“anyways we have to go now Nyannyan and take some rest in the house” Yuko smile in perverted way.
“Acchan and I will be guarding Kai tonight so it’s fine for you to home and you too Miichan” Mariko said
“I’ll stay here with you” Miichan said looking at Mariko.
“but wh----“ Acchan was about to say but then Yuko covered her mouth and whispered something to her.
“he saved your life of course you have to be with him even just for tonight” she whispered
“and besides if you’ll be in the house I know you will interrupt us again just like before” Yuko said with a pout
“because you guys are so loud” Acchan retorted
“what are they talking about?” Kai asked confused as he don’t know what’s going on
“no, nothing , don’t mind them and let’s go Yuko” Kojima is now blushing quickly drag Yuko out in the room.
“jeez, those two” Acchan murmured
“oh Acchan I know you’re hungry, want something to eat?” Mariko asked as she’s hungry too
“yeah, anything would be fine as long as it’s edible” Acchan smirked
“haha you’re learning, alright” Mariko smiled
“wait Mariko, I’ll come with you, I want to buy something too, ja ne~” Miichan wave to Acchan and Kai then hurriedly run to Mariko.
Now silence filled in the room. No one wants to talk first. Acchan is thinking about what happened earlier while Kai still can’t find any words to say until
“do you have anything to say to me?” Kai asked as she knows when you did something good you’ll receive a thank you in return.
“no” a cold reply from the lady who is sitting in the couch right next to his bed.
“even the words like thank you?” Kai said. It’s not really that thank you is so important to him after saving the girl’s life but she just wanted to hear those words from her.
“it’s too early for me to say that to you, but if you really wanted me to hear those words then maybe change your name into that words and I’ll think about calling you that way” Acchan replied without looking at Kai.
“as expected from a rebel girl” Kai thought
“well oyasumi” Kai said and is about to sleep but a sudden hum interrupted him from dozing off.
It was as if she was singing him a lullaby, a thank you lullaby but it’s not. The tune of the song is somewhat sad, it’s like the song represents on how she really feels. Kai was about to ask about the song but the door opened making him to close his eyes again and pretended to be asleep.
“Acchan!” shouted Mariko with a worried face.
“what?” Acchan asked as she know something must had happen.
“Mayu and Jurina” Mariko said while panting from the running she did just to get in Kai’s room
“What happened to them?”
“they lock their selves in the room. Yuki nor Rena couldn’t persuade them to get out” Miichan explained
“why? Don’t tell me?” Acchan who is now worried to the two younger members of WNA asked

well that's it HAHAHA. now now i'm lazy to re-read this one so there's lot of mistakes in the story and I apologize for that.
