Last year I started to get frustrated cause most of the PB's released were from girls I didn't follow. I was thinking 'why do you hate me AKB management'

I guess 2012 is my year. First Sasshi's PB and now Rena

I happen to think that Rena is one of the most naturally beautiful girls within the AKB/SKE...etc groups. I'm kinda surprised it's taken this long for her to get a PB.

I know I always moan about the exchange rates, but just to show you the severity of the problem I made a quick graph.

This is the Euro-Yen exchange rates since the announcement of Rena's PB:

In just four days since the announcement, the PB became that much more expensive.

The pre-order deadline for CDJ is in two weeks, so hopefully it'll pick up a bit by then.

The information ban has been lifted today that my long awaited solo photo album will be released in March , published by Koubunsha-san.

It's been one of my dreams and, thanks to everyone's support it seems like I'll be able to realize it.

All the photoshoots for it has already ended and, I think it's become an album which I want to treasure forever, personally.
However, it's an album which might be a bit different from what everyone imagined.

Two Roses was great for what it was, but that's not what I'm expecting, nor hoping for

I'm hoping for autumn/winter stuff, sweaters, class, deep expressions that will touch your soul, etc.

- Kataomoi releases 5 weeks earlier
- Kataomoi comes with a first press bonus (and store bonus)
- Rena's PB is bound to be available (again) around the time of the actual release

With that in mind, the single may be the logical choice.

They recently announced that Rena's 1st Photobook will be titled "きんぎょ" (Goldfish)

Aki-P certainly picked an interesting title for her. I know kois symbolize strength and perseverance; sometimes it can also be taken as to mean good fortune. But what about a goldfish? Is it the same? Or is Aki-P just pulling our leg and it actually means there'll be lots and lots of bikini shots in the PB because, you know, goldfish lives in water.

He actually posted this as a reply to Rena's post about today's fortune or something

Secondly, I hope this won't be one of those 'horizontal' books. Those are harder to keep in mint condition.
