[Discussion] AKB48 Tattoos?

I was sitting at home listening to AKB48 on Itunes while scouring the internet, when I came upon a picture of a woman with a tattoo. Then a question came to my mind.

If it were allowed and your favorite AKB48 member got a tattoo, what would you think? Would you care? Would it matter what it was or who had it done? Where it was located?

I'm not a fan of tattoos personally, especially on girls. I tend to think of the tramp stamp and whatnot. I really like a pure look in this regard. Belly piercings are as crazy and I'd prefer they go.

That being said, if a member got one I don't think I would care much. It definitely wouldn't add hotness points, though.

Takamina can do anything she wants and I'd still love her ... as long as she stays herself (personality-wise). I don't care if she got a tattoo or tattoo her entire body, got a Mohawk haircut, shave her head, or whatever ... I love her for her personality. I admire and respect her as a person. So as long as she stays Takamina, I'll love her no matter what. =3

Tattoos are fine, as long as they're well done. Don't want my beloved idols running around with some botched job.

I thought this too    I've been thinking of getting a classy 'matsui rena' kanji one, but in the end I know I'd regret it sooner or later.

Hmm, I'm not a big fan of tattoos on girls generally.

If it were allowed and Yuko did get a tattoo I'd might not mind if it was something like a small patch of stars or a design, kinda like celtic or something like that.  But probably only if it was on the side of her torso.

But generally I don't think I'd like it.  I dunno.  I just always feel that the female form is nice enough as it is (especially Yuko's )

Besides, unlike in the West, tatts are rather taboo in Japan, especially since they're usually associated with the yakuza
