I would've included the "omuraisu" in it too, only I have know idea what it is, at least, the "omu" part ("raisu" I'm guessing is "rice"). And unfortunately, the Altavista translator couldn't help me out this time.

omuraisu = homerice?

the rice where everyone know how to cook - fried rice + egg on it + decoration using tomato saurce. (eg. Maki cook omuraisu in her utaban birthday special)

Omuraisu is a Rice Omlette. It's very popular at famiresu (family restaurants) and is usually served with lots of ketchup or some other sauce. I like mine with ponzu

I LOVE omuraisu! They even have restaurants that only sell omuraisu. When I was in Japan, I LOVED the one I had: hanbaagu omuraisu (omelette fried rice with a hamburger steak on top).
