Yeah, you make a good point. But I'm surprised how people get a hold of these kind of pics, who're supposed to be really private, at all. It's not really a big chance that they "lose" them on a street, and out of millions potential finders, it's a 'wota' of some sort who without second thoughts uploads it to the internet.

Well, it could also be sneaking acquaintances, but I don't know.

I don't know, the people at 2ch just linked to the purikura itself. I can't find any posts on the blog that's referring to it.

The blog seems like a community of some sort. It's pretty filled with "rare" pics of various Japanese celebrities.
