In this clip from "High School Debut" ( 高校デビュー / Koko Debut ) you can see why Ito made such an impression on her fans. The film had a good cast, including Rina Aizawa, Rei Okamoto, Sae Miyazawa, and Yuka Masuda.

Ito chan seemed pretty nervous when she joined her Horipro senpais for this promotion of the Glico Van project CMpalooza, but it's understandable, those are some big time actresses!:

Ito chan is in this new film　「愛と誠」　/ Ai to Makoto (Love and Sincerity  starring Emi Takei- kind of a musical where bad boy meets sweet girl (Emi).....Looks like Ito is a bad girl. (may be a small part, but if she is getting casted in films with Emi, it is a good sign for Ito's career)

Ito chan is in the current summer television series "Kuro no Onna Kyoushi" which stars Nana Eikura as a teacher by day at a well known government run high school, but at night becomes a 'Super Teacher' who helps solve problems involving the kids (you know, drugs, sex, bullying, etc.) and whose approach is "eye for an eye".....hopefully Nana will pull Ito out of some tough scrape and then Ito goes on to help Nana, and maybe they end up, along with other JPHIP favourites who appear in this series, namely Reiko Fujiwara, Alice Hirose, and Seika Taketomi, all romping on the beach in bikinis...............but I digress.

Ito chan promoting a new film that she appears in "ツナグ"  / Tsunagu (Connection)

The film stars Tori Matsuzaka and Kirin Kiki as his grandmother. She teaches him how to be a connection
between the living and the dead.

Director is Yuichiru Hirakawa, and the film is based on the novel written by Mizuki Tsujimura.

Along with Ito, JPH!P popular actresses Mirei Kiritani and  Ai Hashimoto also have roles in the film,
which will be released on October 6.
