Who is the new leader 



I believe new Captain is 1st generation member

Kumi and Jurina are too young and regularly missing from stage performance.

To me, the most natural choice would be Nakanishi Yuka. She's a 4th generation AKB48 member and in SKE48 since the beginning. Furthermore, she's the oldest Team S member after Deguchi Aki. In addition, she has natural authority due to her strong appearance.
Her popularity is rising, and most importantly, she seems like a people person. She cares about dem youngsters as well.

For me it's a tie between Masana and Mizuki. Masana definitely has that natural care for other members, judging from how she talks about them, and a mature approach to things. On the other hand, Mizuki, she has leader qualities, and basically lead the dances anyways.

Between Nishishi and Katsuo I don't know who's better..

They both have mature inside and caring..
