What I want to know is, what the fuck is up with the four state senators that voted against it? :-o
It's easy to assume that a no vote means they're condoning marriages at a very young age. I don't think that's the case. MY guess is that they wanted the limit to be higher than 15, but couldn't get agreement on that. They probably knew the motion would pass, so to show their disagreement with the age limit, they voted no -- not because they want under 15 year-olds to get married, but because they wanted to stop marriages below ages of 16 or 17 or 18.
