Chapter 10 part 1
Yuko and Jurina became much closer to me, and they always steal me from Yuki whenever where alone. They never leave me, they even take care of me when I got sick, they always there for me. Yuko become like my older sister that I never have, while Jurina err… just stay like herself, always kiss me and hug me whenever she can.
I act like nothing happened, I act like I’ve never been hurt, who I’m I to be mad at Yuki. Of course it’s bound to happened, she have a lover and I’m just her friend. But it still hurts, I always put a mask when I’m with her, I always smile, I always listened, I always give my shoulder for her to cry on. There once a time that Yuko said to me that I’m a great actress, she wouldn’t thought that I have all these feelings for Yuki. And yet, I can’t keep my acting in front of Yuko, I let her see my real self infront of her.
There ounce a time that Acchan invited all of us to have a summer vacation in her vacation house, All of us accepted the invitation. My mom and dad want me to go home and spend time with me, but I refuse, I can’t let them see me like this. They can I easily read me, After all they are my parents.
When I’m waiting for the others to come at the train station, I saw Yuko and Nyan Nyan. Yuko carrying all the bags, while Nyan nyan just playing her PSP. I help Yuko and take some bag to put it on the side. While I’m putting the bag down I suddenly heard a voice calling me.
“Mayu”
The voice said, when I look where the voice coming from, I saw Yuki holding hands with a boy. She release her hand with the boy and hug me, then she introduce me to the boy.
“Mayu this is Yoshihiku, my boyfriend”
I just nodded my head, while he smile at me. At last I finally saw him the boy take away Yuki’s innocence. Now I can see why Yuki so in love with him, he’s handsome and looks nice. And yet, I felt jealousy towards him, I have these feelings that I can’t trust him, and I feels like that I’ve seen him before, but I can’t remember.
When Acchan arrives with the others, her expression change, she looks pissed. Then turn her phone on and called someone. After that we all go to Acchan’s vacation house, when we got there, there’s a man waiting for us. Then Acchan introduce us with him
“Minna this is Carl, my bodyguard and our guardian for this summer”
Acchan said then we go to her house, after that we decided to choose our rooms, two person per room. Like the last time it’s decided by a game. We all picked a stick and below the stick there’s a color, if you’re color match then that means you’re roommates.
“Ehh!!? Where’s mine?”
Yoshihiku asked, but Acchan just glared at him. Then point at Carl
“You’re staying with Carl”
“Ehh!!?”
“You and Carl are the only two boys here, so you think you can stay with us, you’re wrong. Carl will keep an eye on you, so you can’t do anything funny here in my house”
Acchan said in a cold way, He just nodded. After that I check my stick, And of course, of all the people here, Yuki also picked the same. Acchan partner is Yuko, Takamina’s partner is Nyan Nyan, Rena’s partner is Kanon, Jurina’s partner is Kumi, and last Yoshihiku’s partner is Carl. After that we go to our own room to place our things. It’s already late so we decided to have dinner, and clean our self. Then go to sleep for tomorrow’s activity.
While I’m lying down on the bed, Oh yeah there one only a king size bed on each room, so that means you have to share it with you’re partner. I’m reading my manga while Yuki’s brushing her hair in infront of the mirror. We heard a knock on our door, so Yuki’s opened it. When I glance who is it, I saw it’s her boyfriend, laughing and talking to her. I just put my headphones on and face the other way, so I can’t see her. After some minutes, I felt that someone getting on the bed, but I ignore it. Until someone hug me from behind, and I tickling my neck. When I look it up who is it, It’s Yuki, hugging me and playing with my neck.
I take off her hand on me and get up, then she also got up. I was about to get out from our room when she pulled me in again for a hug. I take off my headphone and ask her “What?” she just look at me then, smile
“Where are you going?”
She asked me. And I answered her “I’m just taking a walk” then go infront of the door and opened it, she was about to say something but I put my headphones on so I can’t hear her. Then walked outside to get some fresh air
While I was walking, I saw the Kuminon pair having a ice cream together. I look at them, they look so sweet and funny. Then out of nowhere Yuko tap my shoulder, and I just look at her
“Yo! Mayu can’t sleep huh?”
I just nodded at her, then she sit beside me and asked why I am watching the pair. I just look at her and said “I envy them” after that she just tap my head. Acchan and Jurina saw us and come closer to us with a plastic bag in their hand.
“Ahh Mayu, Yuko let have some drinks to our room”
Acchan said, I just nodded my head, I little drink wouldn’t hurt right? And beside I don’t wanna go to my room and see her again. After that we prepare our snack and drink in the room, with Acchan, Yuko and Jurina.
“hey lets invite Kumi?” Jurina said
“Ehh!! Are you sure that she wouldn’t tell this to the others?” Yuko asked
“Yes, I’m sure, and beside she’s my roommate” Jurina reply to her
After that Jurina text Kumi to join us. And the party begin with only five of us, and that time I forgot all of my problems. I laugh at Yuko’s stories about her attempt to see Nyan nyan’s naked. I smile at Acchan love story with Takamina, and I just giggle when Jurina told us how Kumi confess her feelings for Kanon, I feel pity for Jurina when Kumi told us the time that Jurina got beaten by Rena, when she accidentally ruin one of her friends artwork in their home town.
That time I feel happy, and sad. Happy because I have friends like them, I’m having fun listening to their story, And yet sad because I don’t have funny stories to tell them.
While drinking Yuko suddenly blurted out my feelings for Yuki, Acchan just laughed because Yuko’s acting while drunk, while Kumi just looking at me.
“Hey is it true?”
Kumi just asked me, while Acchan take off her attention to Yuko and look at me, Of course I denied it
“Really? Because I observe you since you kissed Kanon, I always seen you looking at her, and also you give her that look that I give to my Non-chan” Kumi said
But I just laughed it off, damn Kumi read me. But then I suddenly felt a hug from my back. When I look it up, it’s Jurina……. She then tighten her hug and whisper to me
“Mayu just forget about Yuki, Just love me instead, I won’t hurt you”
I shivered on what she said, but I ignored it, she's drunk and she don’t know what she’s talking about. We just continue our drink until I passed out.
