I was very disappointed to find the main character's motives have been misrepresented. He does not, in fact, come to Shibuya for purposes of para-para but to look for someone. I assume this means ballet techniques are not the only thing that can stop him.
Judging by the first episode, the show is basically Great Cowboy Onizuka (I refer to the mediocre drama, as opposed to the slightly brilliant manga), except without perv jokes. It's a show about a cowboy teaching Shibuya gals important life lessons, yet it feels like I've already seen it before. More than once. My prediction is that there will be an episode where the main character saves one of the girls from a stalker.
I'll watch it for the Shibuya gal content (ウッザイ、死ね). Really, it was entertaining enough, just not as original as I expected.
Sentou no Musume I think was largely ignored because the first episodes are just not very good. I don't remember when exactly, but it's only sometime after the first ten that it really picks up, and even after that there are too many unnecessary bits. It would have worked better as a fifteen-episode show focusing on the good parts.
