nah i'm glad they didn't fight. fights between relationships usually leaves someone heartbroken or depress and we all know that mari is the emoptional type.

also it turns out that they were both were too busy and didn't really get to see each other. last time they saw each other was in April, 2 months ago.

If she wasn't so busy doing other stuff I'd suggest she be put back in Morning Musume. As it is I'd settle for her to just sing... something... even if it's just some crappy karaoke show.

I'd rather see Mari in a new group than joining back MM. But at least she's been busy with something. It's way better than doing nothing actually, like Kei.

Although I think her shortness will limit her roles in drama acting, unfortunately.

Oguri and Yaguchi were a cute couple... it's sad! But I hope they both agreed about breaking up, I don't want Yaguchi to be hurt ;_;

Sorry if this has been mentioned elsewhere, the first I heard of it was from Princess_Pudding ROFL

I think Mari's acting in some Tsunku Town Theatre play with Ami Tokito and some H!P EGGs this summer, it's called "CRY FOR HELP!~Uchuu station chikaku no baiten ni te~"... (Well at least the girl on that cover looks like Mari, I mean one of the small heads)

There's a soundtrack that Mari might be on, here's the cover of regular version (I think)

Release date 12th July, price 1260 yen, GFCG-10905

Has she done any dinner shows or other solo perfs since departing? It would be nice to get to hear her sing again. Even if its old songs. I like her acting a lot, its just a shame that she may seems to be leaving her singing behind her. But then maybe again...its too painful for her.

She's done quite a few dinner shows/fan club shows. 2 solo shows (Tokyo, Pacific Heaven June'05), 4 shows with Ootani (Hiroo, La Clochette, Aug'05), 3 shows with Ayaka (La Clochette, Sept'05), 5 shows with Kei (La Clochette, Oct'05). There may have been more?

At the first solo shows she sung 22sai no Watashi, Hontowane, Sentimental Minamimuki. I really wanted to hear her version of Hontowane but there's no audio. There was a Flets that showed an annoyingly short clip of one of the other songs.

There's audio of one of the shows with Ootani. I'm sure I uploaded it. If I can't find the thread I'll upload it again.

WOOT awesome!..thanks for the update Shin. It looks like they're keeping Mari busy. Its awesome to see her still getting gigs. With all the singing perfs and Doramas, this girl sure like to keep busy.
