I thought the movie was awsome! I also noticed Risa Niigaki in one scene as an extra...I wonder if i watch it again maybe they'll be more H!P stars! O yea, Masae was in it too....i think...

Where did Gaki appear? and yea, Masae's part was good.

My opinion
The movie wasnt that good. But it's good to see Riki Takeuchi and Shunsuke Kubozuka in it.

Ayaya's acting was inconsistent. Rika is a better actor than her. The fight between Saki and Reika was boring. The whole movie was boring.

Redeeming part is the open credit which was cool and also when Okada got dumped with poo and of course, the part where Ayaya receive the faceplant and the yoyo hitting her backin hte mall

The movie didn't debut until 9/30, so it would not have been included in that list. It will be on the next one.

Looks like the rankings are pretty much filled with Hollywood films, and japanese films which are pretty much expected to be hits because of promotions and franchises. It doesn't look like sukeban even had a chance in getting in the top ten. As long as it makes money.

*random* Something I noticed was that they kept the original title of Il Mare for the japanese release instead of changing it to The Lake House. It's funny how they dumbed the title down with the US release

Hmm.. I just checked again, but I guess it wasn't her....It's kinda dark to tell, but maybe it was just the hair that reminded me of Gaki. Sorry!

Mine arrived today.

And yes, I admit it...I tried it out. It's completely plastic and hella light, definitely giving it more of a "toy" feel instead of a "movie prop replica" feel. Doing the trick where you catch it between your two fingers is harder than it looks with this thing. Then again, the fact that it's so light might make it a bit harder to do since it's easier for you lose grip of it.
