“Oi...Rena stop spacing out.” I told her. she still can’t get over about the greeting from Nezumi. I mean her smile is enough to tear her face apart!!!
“Kill joy...” she pouted.
Rena is my childhood friend. Her family was the richest until Nezumi came. Anyways, her family is so good and kind. Rena-chan is cute, rich and smart. She’s the school’s top 4. A lot of people have crushes on her...including me. Since I was young I have a huge crush on Rena-chan. I blush secretly whenever our classmates tease us on being couples since elementary. But it all changed when Nezumi came.
>Flashback<
I’m used to be number one. Be it academics and sports, I top them all. But it all changed when I met Nezumi.
“UWAAAAA” a young girl was crying.
“Ne...why are you crying?” I asked her.
“B-Because...my cat escaped...” the young girl said.
“On what direction did it go?” a voice suddenly said.
mou...someone asked the question first....
“There.” she pointed. And since I’m very confident about my running skills, I chased the cat. Since I was young nobody had beaten me in running...but...
“Nyaa...”
Someone reached the cat before me.
“H-how C-come...”
I looked at the person who caught the cat. She is the one who asked the direction!? That means...she is faster than me!? And why doesn’t she look tired at all!?
“W-Wait are you going to return the cat?” I asked.
“No.”
“But the girl...She’s crying!!!”
“ I don’t care. If you want just make a story or so whatever but the cat is mine.” her face was blank. you can’t see any emotion. After saying that, she left.
When I came back the girl was still crying.
“Sorry...but I didn’t see the cat.” I lied.
“B-But that is my only friend...”
“From now on...I’ll be your friend. My name is Kashiwagi Yuki. How about you?”
“Rena...Matsui Rena.”
After that Rena became my bestfriend. We always do things together, that is the reason why we are called couples back then...which I liked secretly.
One day,
“Class...we have transfer student. Come in.” Sir said. then a girl came in.
T-The girl that have beaten me!!!
“Hello minna...My name is Watanabe Mayu...Yuroshiku.” she smiled.
she acts different. completely different from the first time I saw her. But there is something wrong with her smile...is fake. Am I the only one who noticed that?
Since that time...my name is always under Watanabe Mayu.

“Oh..you’re the one spacing out now.” Rena said.
“I’m just having a flashback.”
“What? anyways...i’m going to treat you melon pan later...”
my face lightened up and Rena chuckled.
“Really?”
“You really like melon pan too?” she smiled.
Actually...I prefer vanilla...but since Rena likes Melon pan... I like it too...
“It’s a DEAL. You’ll be strucked by lightning if you took it away.” I joked.
”Of course... because of you, I saw Mayu my love...”
Fudge.
“Why did you smacked my head!?” she pouted.
Tch. Even though the pout is cute I won’t fall for it...today.
“Are you jealous Yuki?”
Obviously!!! Baka Rena!!!
“Don’t be...you’re still my Best Friend.”
Ouch. Rena...I don’t want to be just friend!!!
I’m not responding so she tickled me, “Hahahahaha!!!Kyaaa!!!Rena-chan Dame!!!”
“Stop ignoring me!!!”
“Fine...hahaha!!!stop!!! now hahahaha!!!”
“Peace~”
“You’re so unfair!!! everytime you can’t win you always tickle me!!!”

It’s lunch time!!! time flies!!! Rena will treat me... I’m so happy... first of all I can’t afford the food in here. Second...It’s like a DATE!!! Mou... I look like an idiot now...

Rena didn’t answer because she was staring at someone. I followed her gaze. It’s Nezumi again!?
Nezumi is walking towards us. Rena almost drooled.
W-Wait...WALKING TOWARDS US!?
Now she’s in our front...she’s with Jurina again!? Aren’t they tired of seeing each other’s faces!?
“Good afternoon...Rena-san...Yuki-san...” then she gave me the I’m-annoyed-but-you’re-the-only-one-who-knows-it-bakarin smile.
“Aftie...” Jurina grinned like a cat then she glanced at Rena. “Oh...Rena-CHAN.” she smirked.
Rena scowled at her!?
Nezumi’s aura turned darker.
“Yuki...”
DokiDokiDoki...mou too much suspense, “WHAT!?!?!?!?!?!?”
She wrapped her arms around my shoulders.
Why did it became so hot suddenly? global warming?
I gulped.
while in that position, she whispered, “Not because I allowed you be late... I allow you to be flirting with another...” then she smiled faked again. She went back to her original position.
“Your collar at the back is messy.”
Fake!!! and what do you mean flirt!!! in my dreams!!!
then Jurina smiled again. I wonder why?
Jurina wrapped her arms around Nezumi, “See ‘ya Mayu...see ‘ya soon Rena-chan...Very soon.”
after that they left.
NOW WHO’S FLIRTING WITH WHOM!? WHY DON’T YOU JUST KISS EACH OTHER!? TCH. ANNOYING!!!
