Everything going so fast o.o
Bed.... bed... bed.......... o.o
Yeah kinda the runaway train
Thirty-six“Natsu… what are you doing?”
“Let me confess that I wanted to try this for a while.”
She gently kissed me on the lips before instantly breaking it off.
Her instincts kicked in quickly closing everything and locking the door before continuing.
Her kisses wandered down my neck heading toward my collarbone.
“Chi-chan, tell me when I can stop.” She breathed.
I pondered when I should say it. Her right knee between my legs and her hands cuddling my face, there was no end unless she said so.
She finally got to the buttons, breaking my blouse open when I finally pressed my hands up.
“Please don’t force it.”
“We are halfway there.”
“Stop.”
The word came out when she got off me and breathed.
“I’m anxious about this. You were doing this for me and going as far as protecting me. I wanted to tell you thank you.”
“I understand but… let’s get this done first before we go on celebrating.”
She nodded and smiled before leaving my room.
My body cold without her touch brought out my worst thoughts and I closed the door to finish the job.
----
Thirty-sevenThe day of the election came and everyone had come in to put in their vote.
The atmosphere was heavy like a spring storm.
I had gone into the student council room as usual with the rest of the council sitting and waiting.
We had left the counting to the teachers and counselors to count as a reason of neutrality.
The day went on as usual but Natsu and Madoka had gone to the roof during lunch and followed them.
Madoka was consoling her as I arrived when she called me over.
Natsu was nervous and felt she hadn’t done enough but I told her that she had to stay confident.
It was nerve-wracking for me as I tried to streamline it and at three o’clock, the announcement was on.
Sashihara had the envelope in hand but I told her to read it as I didn’t want to reveal my feelings.
----
Thirty-eight“As for the winner of Student Council Vice-President, the winner is… Matsuoka Natsumi.”
My heart went into my stomach for a brief moment as Madoka and Natsu hugged.
Natsu came running up and hugged me with a kiss on the cheek.
I stood frozen as she did it and I could finally breathe for a bit that the battle was over,
The rest of the council came back to the room as we discussed the timing of the swearing in when Keita bulled through with his entourage.
“It was rigged. The president persuaded the voters.”
The secretary and treasurer shook their heads before taking their seats.
“Keita, you have no proof. She was clearly excited.”
“I have proof. She had left her house couple days ago.”
Presenting the picture, I had to acknowledge she was there but for homework not for anything else.
“We can investigate but if nothing shows this… We can elect an order to censor you and report your father in for exposing personal documents.”
The secretary flashed a smile before Keita left.
This was something new but the investigation dirtied up the problem we were facing from before.
----
Thirty-nineSashihara and Ota were brought in to run a court but the judge was a neutral teacher, Hashimoto-sensei.
He thought second year social studies and read through all the evidence beforehand before proceeding to his desk that acted as a judge’s seat.
The student council sat in the back as the two faced the teacher.
“Yamaguchi Keita has brought a complaint into the room about election rigging. This is a serious matter and I have found two things that make it legit complaint.”
“First, Anai as a president of the council, you have made the mistake of bringing in Matsuoka as the lone candidate without consulting the class. Secondly, despite avoiding the situation, you have had conversations with the candidate on a leisurely level.”
Keita started to smile at the explanation.
“However, it doesn’t consent to rigging as I know your father. You were exposed to a student’s secret before you approached the election.”
The teacher looked down for a moment.
“You must spill the secret before I make my judgment.”
We all looked at each other as Keita broke into a smile.
----
Forty“She was expelled because of indecent student conduct.”
The rest of the council turned toward me as Natsu stared back waiting for my answer.
“Her conduct wasn’t malicious. It was sent in by a student’s parents as they were in a personal relationship.” I said.
Sashihara and Ota stepped up to the judge’s chair and they went into a meeting for a brief moment.
Hashimoto stood up and banged the gavel to get the class’ attention.
“If this is true, it will be grounds of expulsion for Yamaguchi Keita.”
“That decision will come later and as for this case, Matsuoka didn’t do anything wrong nor did Anai so the election stands.”
The council nodded their heads as Keita kicked the chair on his way out.
Natsu and I walked up to the rooftop after the trial and I let her wrap her arms around me.
We didn’t speak for a good half an hour and let the warmth of our bodies portray the messages between us.
The breeze felt wonderful but it seemed temporary as we had a school year to plan for everyone.
