The Meeting

Mayu's POV

Everything seems surreal, where am I?
Blood, bodies and emptiness everywhere.
I’m scared.
Then a hooded figure appeared.
The worst, most dangerous profession.
A samurai.
The legend at that.
The newly made golden uniform shone in the darkness,
Something I was afraid of was meeting the legends themselves.
Although I thought I was gonna die, the figure lent her hand to me.
“What’s your name,” she said.
“Mayu,” I replied gingerly, “Watanabe Mayu”
“The name’s Yuki,” she said bluntly and took off the hood, revealing raven black hair, “Kashiwagi Yuki. Call me Black in public.”
“Hai”
Then she offered me a ride on her bear. Yeah. She has a bear.
She named it Mamoru, after a boyfriend she had and he died in a war.
All I deeply know about her is that she works like this for money and to help a friend named Miyuki.

 A samurai from the infamous Kashiwagi Clan
Has a good 12 year friendship with Miyuki
She found Mayu after a fight with a street gang
Known more as the Dark Samurai or Black         
Is Blackhearted on the outside yet a big softie on the inside
Wants to avenge her parents death
Always wears a ninja's uniform (See a/n on chapter 1)
 

Watanabe Mayu (18)



  An infamous street thief
Collects information on other people as she meets them
Meets Yuki after the latter fought a street gang       
Betrays Yuki,  Miyuki and Yuko for money
Almost kills herself with grief   
Knows nothing of her sister (Miyuki)
Always wears a hoodie ,(Even when it's hot (hehehe)
         

Watanabe Miyuki (20)



 

Is a fisher woman because of her parents death and needs to pay off a huge amout of debt
Has a good 12 year  friendship with Yuki
3-4 years before the story begins Yuki gives her a prized katana and a million yen (1/100 of Yuki's family earnings)
Assassinates famous people for money
Knows she has a sister so she is looking for her
Almost gets killed by an assassin but if it wasn't for the katana Yuki gave her she wouldn't be alive
   

   Oshima Yuko (23)



 Is Yuki's intell
 Feels she's responsible for the death of Yuki's parents
A samurai from the second most infamous clan, the Oshimas yet her family are the 3rd richest behind the Kashiwagis and the Takahashis
 Feels suspicious of the both Watanabes as they both do wrong deeds
 Gets lethally injured after an explosion by Kojima Haruna yet she loves the latter

Death is A Necessity

Yuko's POV

To me Yuki’s a traitor,
She killed my parents a few nights ago.
I was supposed to help her yet she betrayed me.
Such a nice friend to have who randomly kills your parents.
Being with a notorious street thief is a bad idea when you’re a samurai.
First they seem innocent and then they betray you. More importantly they steal what’s important to any human. Love.
She won’t know until it actually happens and I am scared for her. Her ‘friend’ Miyuki kills innocent people with the katana Yuki gave her. It’s pathetic to kill people who don’t deserve it. Why would anyone trust the Watanabe’s now? F*** that I killed their parents and they don’t know they’re each others sisters. Well I think I know that Miyuki knows she has a sister.
Yet I’ll take her life away from her before she knows it! Hehe.
Kojima Haruna…. I wonder where you are right now. From the first time I met you at that bar, I realized that I had feelings for you.
I saw what looked to be Yuki with who seemed to be Miyuki talking to each other.
I want to slit Yuki’s throat right now, that traitor. Those b*****s. Everytime I do something that I think is right it hurts other people and I feel very terrible.
And as I killed more and more people my guilt starts rising and rising.
My next mission was to kill an assassin who kills by arsine poisoning and explosions.
Who does that? I searched a large abandoned mansion and saw a tall beautiful figure…
Could it be you Haruna?
“Nice to see you again Yuko-chan, yet it’s going to be the last time you see me,”
“Haruna...Wait you’re the mysterious assassin who uses Arsenic and Bombs to kill your targets!?”
“You didn’t notice? I’ve been out of sight for 4 and a half years and you still didn’t notice. So unobservant.”
Then as soon as I knew it I sent punches, kicks and anything else at her and nothing came out of it.
“Goodbye Yuko. Forever”
Her three slow beeps coming from somewhere and they became progressively louder and louder before…
Bang!
Damn I knew she was going to do that yet I was so distracted by knowing she came back… Back to kill me that is. Unconsciousness began to creep up on me and as I saw blood, my eyes began to close.
“Oshiriko-chan!”
“Yuko-chan!”

The Monster Inside All Of Us

3rd Person POV

-Flashback-

“Kojima has disappeared and we have a new enemy to think about. Since Mayu now is our thief/strategist, she will come up with a plan to help us.”  Yuki said thinking about the possible threat that could jeopardize the team.

“Ehh!? Why me?”  Mayu retorted wishing that she was invisible.

“Because you thieves are smart enough to innocent peoples money without them noticing.” Miyuki retaliated.

“Yeah I know but what does that do with anything?”

“It means your IQ is high…. Seems it doesn’t work with common sense.”

“Mayu, Miyuki just shut up the both of you. For two people with the same surname you two are quite annoying.”

“Mou, Yukirin~”

“Says the emotionless cyborg, you never talk unless you kill, Yukirin.”

“If you have a plan Mayu just say it!”

“Okay, Miyuki you go on recon and kill anyone who's in your way with that katana of yours. Since Yuko’s MIA at the moment you have the skills to replace her. Yukirin, once Miyuki’s found the target you kill them, I’ll be using walkie talkies to guide you guys.”

-End Flashback-

The three then went their separate ways. Little did they know, a crazed killer is out to hunt.

Yuki, looking expressionless as usual, eyed the streets of Kagoshima, her hometown. She noticed something was different. The atmosphere suddenly went quiet.

“Yuki… Is that you? You’ve changed a lot.”

“You’re still alive Mamoru?”

“Not really, I’m ghost who cannot go to heaven yet. God told me to warn my past love, that there’s going to be a crazed killer by the name of Gekikara who does really torturous things to her victims. My past love was you, Yukirin, I’m not letting you die the same way I did.”

“Mamoru… You mean you died by this creature?”

“I have to go Yukirin. I’m sorry I can’t tell you everything.”

“Mamoru!”

Yuki’s tears crept up with her and suddenly a waterfall of tears came and she didn’t know what to do.

“Yukirin watch out!”

Yuki saw Miyuki with a partly bitten shoulder, it got worse after something saw Yuki. Miyuki made herself a human shield for Yuki, which turned out to be a wrong move. It punctured through Miyuki’s body and grabbed an internal organ. Miyuki showed a stoic expression before falling onto the floor.

“Nee? Okoteru? Gekikara desu.”

“Why you. You killed Miyuki and Mamoru, you beast!”

Using everything she had, she made a sprint towards Gekikara. She sent punches, kicks and anything else at her and nothing came out of it, Gekikara disappeared.

“Mayu, Yukirin here, Miyuki’s in a life and death situation right now com-”  Yuki cut herself off because of a sharp pain in her head, it was too painful to handle.

*Bang*

Her body made contact with the floor. She woke up to find herself in a white open space and voice called her name.

“Yuki.”

“Nani? Who are you?”

“You might know me from your ex-boyfriend Mamoru. I was the one who gave him the task to warn you.”

“How do I save my friend Miyuki?”

“Miyuki as in Watanabe Miyuki?”

“Hai”

“As of now, she cannot be saved. I will give you permanent healing but you cannot heal people who were injured before you had the powers so you cannot heal your other friend Oshima Yuko. I can tell you that Kojima Haruna wanted revenge on her because of what Yuko did to her parents 5 years ago.”[/b]

“So Yuko and Haruna met a year before Yuko said they did?”

"Yes."

“So I can heal Miyuki?”

“Yes but you need to wake up first.”

“Hai”
 
-Reality-

“Ugh.”
 
“I have to save Miyuki.”  Then she rushed to Miyuki’s aid and held her hands out in front of Miyuki’s possible corpse. It was now or never.
