Well, hello everybody. im a new member. actually ive been a silent reader for a long time. recently i was inspired by a manga (i dont remember the name) so i decide to start a Mayuki fanfic. this is the first time i write so please comment and correct me. oh and sorry for my not so good English

 Everday always begins like this. Mayuyu stays up late to watch anime or read manga so she oversleep. She's not a sporty person so i ride her to school. Maybe she thinks im angry with her. But i really like riding her to school hehe especially when her tiny hands wrap around me...

I think nothing will change. this town, this sun, this beach, and... My Mayuyu...

_ A mixed party?!

My friends invite me and mayuyu to a mixed party. They says a beautiful like me should have a boyfriens already, and they will introduce to me some good boys in this mixed party.

_ My boyfriend studies at XXX boy school, he will introduce to us his friends.

_ Oh, your boyfriend studies at that school, i heard that only ikemen go to that school!!!

Mayuyu just pout at comment of people. Kawaii. Love huh? Mayuyu? Eh, why just now Mayuyu is pop up in my mind? Eh?

We prepare to go the mixed party. my friends make up for Mayuyu. and when Mayuyu look up to me. I just speechless. She looks like a  princess. Her eyes are lack of emotion, her flawless milky skin, her... Omg my face is heat up. And suddenly i realize that i dont want Mayuyu go to that mixed party. Maybe one boy, no, im sure all boys will try to get close to her. No! I dont want that happen!!! Urgh What's wrong with me today

Just the moment, our math teacher angrily walk into classrom and scold Mayuyu for low score in recent exam. And he starts to wonder why her face is so different. Oh no if he notice that Mayuyu is make up, she will be punish.

_ Sensei, Mayuyu was sick at that time, please forgive her and give her more homework to revise the lesson.

_ Hmmm, okay, but you have to help her study. Oh and Jurina, you will have to study too. Your score is too low. Focusing on basketball only is not good you know. Yukirin, force them study hard for me!

Yeah, we dont have to go to the mixed party now, its not that i dont want to have a boyfriend but...

As i finish i realize Mayuyu stare at me intensely. Really, her being serious like this makes my heart go doki doki.

As time slip, we kid each other and study, eventually i feel tired and sleep

Look at sleeping figure in front of her, Mayu smile. She bruise the silky hair of the older girl. Oh, her lips. Mayu's eyes stop at those pinky lips. "Hmm, cant let anybody see these so-want-to-kiss lips of hers" as Mayu think, her finger touch at lips of other girl. So soft so wet... Her heartbeat goes faster.

_ Uhm...

Yukirin just murmur in her sleep

_ Urgh i cant resist. Its all your fault Yukirin

Mayu softly said and bring her face closer to Yuki....

I thought nothing would change. because Mayuyu was a little girl who is lazy and childish. And she will be always my little sister.

_ Mayuyu...

My cousin is a lost princess, and i always be her hero to save her. Still thought that nothing would change.

The atmosphere becoms so heavy. An uneasy silent wrap around two girl. Yuki look at Mayu unbelieveablely. Finally the blushing Mayu say

_ No, no i havent. I havent kissed you yet, Yukirin.

_ A...haha of course! You are right!

_ Yes yes!

Whats wrong with me? What do i think about? But, my lips had feeling like something touch. Mayu said no, so it sure is!!!
_ Yukirin...

Mayu touch the other girl hand.

Yuki startle and avoid her.

Mayu standing still and look at Yuki bewilderingly. Somehow the hurt can see in her eyes. Yuki relize her mistake and become panic

Stare at the walking ahead girl, Mayu just sigh "Lucky. Shes nearly found out. From now on must be more careful."

When riding back home, we stay silent. Maybe Mayuyu thinks that i really angry with her. Hah, it just that only a common praise... Why couldnt she say that i was beautiful, cute, or something else... And, how come my lips look like that?!! Unbelievable. But to think that Mayu touch my lips, though she didnt kiss, i can feel my heartbeat go faster and faster. What is this feeling? Urgh.

_ Ummm nope, today let me ride you, as a apology. Ok? Beside riding and thinking both at the same moment is not good, and i just want to be safe

Yuki grumpy said but let her cousin ride her. After that they return to silent. But Yuki feel comfortable not awkward like before. She slowly wraps her hands around the waist of Mayu and lean her head into Mayu's back. When go to the hill Mayu stop.

_ Ok here we are. Look at the scenery from here will make you feel at ease. Yukirin dont angry with me, please?

Look at Mayu, Yuki just smile, i can never angry with you Mayuyu. Because Mayu's face when sorry is really adorable so i cant resist to tease her like that sometimes. Ok, if her know that maybe she will never see my face again... Mustnt let her know. But to think that she cares about my feelings im really happy. Suddenly, i think that, even if Mayuyu kissed me, its okay with me...

_ Hey, look Yukirin. there are new construction in our town. From here we can see almost everything

Right, somehow i feel that Mayuyu changed but i cant tell how and when. though she changed, Mayuyu is still a adorable girl who cares about me and its enough for me.

Okay, one watermelon flavour for me and strawberry flavour for Mayuyu. into think that Mayuyu will happily eat the cream much i dont notice a man in front of me. And so we bump into each other but only he stumble to the ground.

His voice is drawling and i smell alcohol, urgh. Suddenly he look at me from head to toe and smirk

i feel dangerous and intent to go back, but the man grab my arm.

 I was struggling with this man until suddenly he fall to the ground. he was knock out by a brick. and it was Mayuyu who saved me.

as saying Mayu kicking the place between two leg of the man. seeing that makes me laugh. Im really happy that Mayu comes in time.

_ Well i wait but you didnt return so i start to find you... You make me worried too much.

After a while, we walk home and mayu tow the bike. Mayuyu was changed from a adorable little girl to someones protect others. And suddenly i feel worried if she dont need me to save her like childhood. We go home late so our mothers scold us. But then Mayuyu explain and tell them what happen. So we are forgiven and told that not to wander after school like today.
Because two girls live next door so usually Mayu would visits Yuki home in evening to study together or two girls watch anime which Mayu likes or just talk. But today after so much events she just stay home because she think should let Yuki rest.
and for Yuki, she cant help but remember this afternoon, when she and Mayu walked home. Mayu said

Mayu tired sit in her room. Last night because think about Yukirin too much when bathing, she fall asleep. As a result, she catch a cold, and now she has a fever.

Mayu look at the thing in her hand with full of love and regret. The thing in her hand exactly a necklace. The necklace has a snow flower. Beautiful and fragile, just like Yukirin. She bought this necklace intent to give to Yukirin when she confess about her feeling. but now...

Into thinking too much, Mayu dont realize Yukirin has come

_ Mayuyu you caught a cold? Are you alright? Did you take the medicine?

_ Eh... Ah

_ What the hell are you doing? Why are you reading manga? Do you know you are sick?

_ Woahh im sorry Yukirin

Luckily i hid the present box in time. cant let Yukirin know about this.

_ 39 degree, i ban you leaving the bed!!! And you must rest, not reading manga or doing anything else!

_ *cough* Today we have to go to school? Why are you here Yukirin?

_ Well, but i cant leave you alone all day, Mayuyu, in addition, you are sick. No way i leave you!

inside a small present box is a necklace with a snowflower. As she look closer, yuki realize a small note left in the box

Yuki cant believe in her eyes. she feels like everything stop. looking at the sleeping beauty Mayuyu she is stupefied

Since that day, Yuki has tried to avoid Mayu. Not that she hates Mayu, but she realized that she has something for Mayu. Because she always look at Mayu like a little sister, she hasnt relized her feelings yet. Cofusing when thought that Mayu kissed her, jealous of the lucky person to whom Mayu will give the present, blushing when remember moments of her with Mayu. Too much feelings at the same time make Yuki cant stand. She needs time to calm her heart so she try not to see Mayu though that makes her heart break.

_ Yukirin, today you didnt go to school with Mayu, its strange.

_ Haha, what with that? We have personal things to do. We can not always be together.

Yeah, now Mayu has grown up, she even has someone she loves. We cant be always together like before. We cant be always together. Right, maybe... Maybe i should find a boyfriend for myself. Maybe this will make me forget about these mixed feeling with Mayu.

_ Yukirin, Mayu is scolded by the teacher. You dont come to rescue her?

Mayuyu is scolded by the math teacher again. She just bow her head low while the teacher scold nonstop. When i was about to come to her, someone rush to Mayu's side.

in Akb cafe, Yuki sit quietly and drift away in her thoughts. I stir the fizzy water in the glass... Just like i let the little bubble escape i want to set free one by one the feelings that disvolved in the coner of my heart... The sands of time fall smoothly as many seasons pass the two of us... Im alone because you arent here even now, i dont want that to happen. But i dont know what to do anymore, i cant be selfish, right? Its normal Mayu grows up and have someone...

From afar one boy just watch Yuki as she silent all the time. Finally he decides to come to her. Though she looks like want to be alone, i cant see her down. I want to see her beautiful smile. And i will make her smile.

_ Yukirin...

Yuki slowly look up. her face is full of suprised.

_ Sae! Omg why? You return but didnt call me, thats not good you know?

_ Well, ive returned to you my princess, and i was about to make this a surprise but in the end i cant resist your attraction *wink*

_ Why are you here alone? Where is the useless and crybaby Mayu, who always stick with you?

Ive liked Yukirin since a child, but the useless and crybaby Mayu always stick with her. i and many other boys tried many ways to impress Yukirin but she always busy take care of this useless. Yukirin is a perfect person. Not only good at study but also a sporty person. Oh, and she very very very beautiful. she is a princess and has the right to be treat like a princess not a kind mother. So i always bullied Mayu but in the end Yukirin protected her and scold me. Maybe she had negative feeling with me since that.

Sae and Yuki talk merrily. Though Sae always bully Mayu and Yuki really hates that but she cant deny Sae is a good friend and they have many things in common.

Jurina and Mayu walk into the cafe. Immediately she sees Sae and Yuki. She stand still and just watch them with her eyes open widely. She always afraid of Sae. Hes handsome, kind, and, he likes Yuki and not tired of her rejections. But most of all, he and Yukirin has the same smile as if they belong to other world, a merry and full of sunshine world. Not like her, a dark and dull world with manga and anime.

 Look at Mayu Jurina worried ask but only receives the silent. follow Mayu's eyes Jurina sees two persons merrily chat. Yuki and a handsome boy. Somehow she feel that Mayu is afraid of this boy. After some times Mayu decides come to Yuki and Sae.

_ Hey

Yuki look up to see Mayu and Jurina,  feel her heart break, she turn her head not want to see them together. Though in a moment but Yuki's action is caught by Sae and Jurina. Mayu just stare at Sae.

_ Oh, long time no see, Mayu...

_ Why are you here you jerk?

_ Oh my, why are you so harsh with me? You make me sad you know?

_ Answer me!

Sae just smirk at Mayu. looks at Mayu and Yuki he knows something happened between them and now Yuki is avoiding Mayu. And he will take this chance. Somehow he feels that he will win Yuki's heart.

_ I return to take my princess away from someone useless only makes her worry and sad like you!

take away my Yukirin. you dare... Sae... but i really scare. will you leave me for him. Yukirin?

she always protected me. i know nothing but manga and anime, other people just bully or mock at me. but Yukirin are so different, she always smile and kind to me, and spoil me. Yukirin really is just like a mother, who looks after my everything, I’ve been doted on. For example, taking Yukirin’s clothing to wipe my dirty hands, taking the things in her make-up pouch, not returning her manga after borrowing them… I’m really sorry to be so spoilt. But, because it’s Yukirin, that’s why I am able to be the true me. When we go to the supermarket together, shell always buy the food that I like, it makes me happy. When I talk about things that Yukirin has absolutely no interest in, she would still respond warmly, “Yes, yes” this makes me happy too. when I was feeling down and upset, she comforted me. She said to the crying me “Mayuyu is great, I can’t compare to Mayuyu” this sort of sentence. Because of this sentence, it gave me greater motivation to work harder.

Yuki still avoid Mayu so she goes to school with Jurina. when the two reach the schoo, they hear school girl voices from the the basketball practice ground.

with that Jurina grab Mayu's arm and the two hustle into the crowd to see.

a handsome and tall boy is playing basket ball. his look, his sunny smile, his hair,... are seems like shining under the sunlight. sometimes he turn to the girls and winks with them. just a small action from him will makes the girl crazy.

_ yeah, a handsome boy who is good at sport. how can a girl resist?

suddenly the handsome boy stops his action and stand in his posistion as if he is frozen this action makes him look like a fool but he just stare at a girl from afrar. and that's why he cant notice a ball are coming. the ball hit right at Sae's face. the girls worry and ask him but then suddenly again, Sae stand up fast and run to the girl from afar he saw the moment ago.

the girls is driven crazy again by Sae. a handsome boy and sweet talk can melt every girl's heart. they jelous of Yuki but also admire her. a perfect hot girl of the school but she and bitchy but kind and friendly with everyone. they can make a perfect couple. everyone thinks that except two girls.

_ tsk, just something boring not fun... eh Mayuyu, wait for me. why can someone walk so fast while reading manga?

frist class begins, the homerom teacher walk in but follow him is Sae.

Sae wink and bow to everyone. he will be popular soon, im sure. just as Mayu thought, in free time between two class, people usually encircle around Sae, play or talk or just see him play fool around. the boys likes him because of sport and his sense of humour, the girl likes him because he is the dreamy prince of every girl. well, but this dreamy prince has his princess.

seeing the hurt in the eyes and face of Yuki, Jurina is more sure that Yuki and Mayu are in love with each other but they just dont know that yet. what a awkward and dilemma situation. when Mayu gain conscious, she realize she is in the infirmary of school. why am i here? oh i was hit by a ball... Yuki walk in to found Mayu awake.

from the day we made up i and Mayu are together again. every morning i will ride her to school as before. its not that i gave up on my love. i cant bear to see Mayuyu sad, i cant forgive myself to make Mayuyu sad. to make her sad is the last things i wanna do. i keep the feelings to myself and continue being beside Mayuyu like a friend, a mother who cares about her. just being beside her is enough for me. i cant be selfish.

a new semester begins, and i wont be in the same class with Mayu anymore but with Sae. thing surprised me is Mayu didnt pout or request to be in the same class with me. she just accept it calmly and even said that she would be okay without me, dont worry about her. im happy because she is more mature and feel sad a little at the same time because she will gradually dont need my care.

when i walk into class, my friends look at me like they hide somethings. as expected in free time they plead me asking Sae to come karaoke with the class. my friends at new class really like Sae too. well, he is the dreamy prince and friend of everyone, im feel lucky that Mayu didnt fall in love with him. but then again i feel a little uneasy about Sae. it seems that he habour some feelings for me while i just see him as a friend.

 after school, Yuki and her friends along Sae come to the karaoke. when sees number of people come to the karaoke Sae cant help but feel irritate. actually he asked friends to invite Yukirin so that he will have the chance being with her. but see more than half of class come along Sae knows that his plan is ruined. when singing people ask Sae about his relationship with Yuki. dont want to slip the chance Sae talk about him and Yuki. everyone knows that Sae is in love crazily with Yuki and they decide to help him. after few hours they are prepare going back. but suddenly its rain, and Sae offer take Yuki home. after a few moments hesistant, Yuki accept. she knew that her friends invite her come to the karaoke with Sae to make chance for him and her. she knows that her friends just want good things for her so she cant refuse and she cant say about her unrequited love for Mayu with them.
when Sae and Yuki are walking past an alley, Yuki feel a presence very similar. but when look back Yuki dont see anything. maybe i miss Mayu too much so i imagine things and its raining, no way she would be outside. and then Sae talking nonstop with her make Yuki cant think about that.

but in the small alley is Mayu. worrying for Yuki, Mayu follow her but look like that Yuki dont need that. she has Sae.

new semester means new members join clubs. because of Sae many people register the basketball club. but among the new members there is a first year girl with smile eyes. she join this club because whenever  walking past the practice ground of basketball team she would found a girl always practice in a serious and strict manner. though that girl isnt good at sport she still try hard with determination. gradually that girl attract her and she decides to join the club. and so today she offically becomes member of basketball club. just see that girl daily is not enough for her, she want to make accquaintance with that girl.

when the captain finish she goes to the person she always watch. this person still practising hard like always, she giggle with her thought.

hearing her sayings somehow im so sure that the person she loves will fall in love with her. and from that day i become friend with her and Matsui Jurina senpai too. she is just not good at sport, in studying she is the best. she always willing help me and patient with me though im not smart. gradually we have become good friends. and i know that she is in love with manager of the club, kashiwagi Yuki-san. look at the way Yuki-san cares about everything of her i have no doubt that they are in love with each other. but it seems that between them has something and they cant make clear feelings of the other. knowing that she is has difficult i will help her with all my might.

ahhh, after a lot of lame excuses, finally i can free myself from press of my friends about being a couple with Sae. thanks for them my times with Mayu has been shorten. and recently ive seen a cute girl always stick with Mayu and Jurina. mou what should i do? while being weary in the library Yuki notice a similar figure in the garden behind school. eh, isnt it Mayuyu... and THAT girl?! though stalking people is not my job but still i do it. because its about Mayuyu. gahh, cant hear anything, they are too far.  but then, Mayu put her hand into pocket and take out something giving to that girl. its the snowflower necklace!!! i still remember she said that this necklace is for the one she loves... Mayu scratch her head blushingly. that girl takes the necklace and smile to her. after saying something that i cant still hear, they leave. does it mean Mayu likes that girl? that girl is a new member at the club, she is cute and very friendly, her smile is so lovely. she is always stick with Mayu and cheer for her when Mayu is practising. dont think that they are in love with each other? hurt is all what i can feel. i  was carefree about our relationship but then i was afraid when realize new feelings and i tried to escape. and now when im clear about my feelings you are in love with other. i reminded myself that i must remain a friend with you. but sometimes i cant keep my selfishness, i just want to let you know about my feelings. if i do that, maybe these hurt and heavy feelings will be lightened. i was always uncertain, hesitate and just run away and defend that's for sake of our friendness. actually i was scared of being reject. but now im so tired of keeping these heavy feelings to myself. i want to be straightfoward to myself. i will confess to her, yes or no wont be important, i just want to let her know about my feelings. im sorry, please forgive my selfishness just this time.

cant believe im such a fool that carelessly break the necklace. oh Milky once said that her father is a goldsmith. should i borrow her help. but i dont know anyone can repair the necklace. Jurina suggest me asking Milky too. a friend in need is a friend indeed, she said that. after all i decide ask Milky's help. people always press Yukirin to be a couple with Sae. though know that he is a good choice for her, i cant accept. i wont let that happen, i cant bear seeing Yukirin goes with other. i will confess to her. im sorry Yukirin, please forgive my selfishness just this time.

after school, when everyone had left, one boy still lie in the basketball practising ground. recently people have made mamy chances to bring him and Yukirin closer. but Sae feels that Yukirin doesnt think about him despite everything he did. maybe i must take a clear end to this though i dont know about her feelings. i will confess to her regardless of her answer.

when walking to the school gate, Sae noticed someone still there wait for him.Sae surprise to find her still at school at this time. stand there is a Mayu with a fierce and firm fire in her eyes.

_ Sae, lets put an end to all of this. lets have a fight.

well, i still havent had any idea for the next chapter

Yuki slowly walk to the park near her old house. after so many years, she returned to her hometown. she dont know why suddenly she want to come back too much. doctors said she should be relaxed so that she can remember her memory more easily. after an accident, when woke up at hospital, she couldnt remember anything. a handsome man claimed that he is Miyazawa Sae and he is her husband, and that she had married with a child. but she doesnt feel him intimate. she just looks at him like a stranger. when a little girl with twintails happily ran into her arms and called her mommy repeatedly, somehow she felt that warm was so similar. but still she felt that she hadnt belonged to this place. as if its instinct, something  inside urged her returning to hometown. and so she return her hometown with her child. its winter but today's weather is rather relaxed, sunlight shine warmly. Yuki just sit in the park and watch her child playing around. looks at her child playing happily, why i feel that my child looks alike someone? suddenly a memory appear before her eyes.

two girls sit together on the swing. the little girl hair is twintail while the older is little Yuki. they look happy and so calm together.
