Amaki Jun is signed on to Alice Project.

She was a member of Pa-Ken! before moving on to Armor Girls and Kamen Joshi. She was also a member of Pureful, Idol Yokai Kawayushi♥, Machikado Keiki☆Japan↑ , and Poison Iinkai.

She graduated from Armor Girls/Kamen Joshi in March 2015 (along with a lot of other Alice Project talent). I previously posted about her in the Alice Project Company thread in "The Official J-Music Artist Threads" section of the forum. But since she has stayed signed on to the agency and is continuing in her work as a gravure idol and to persue her dream of becoming an actress, I have created her own thread in the Ladylove section.

Here is my digest version of Amaki Jun's history of being an idol, mostly taken from Pokotan and Gao-san's blogs.

And her agency does post pretty much every video shoot from her magazine work

Dunno about quitting the jpop thing, thou. Her idol work should only take a weekend or two per month, so she could have kept singing, unless she's not a good performer

dunno, maybe she'll be going to college or something. She said she wants to be Ai Shinozaki's successor, but she seems to be more in Saaya's ballpark, which makes being cast in acting roles somewhat hard being 4'10"

In Alice Project she did two live performances every day, three on weekends. Their theatre is open for fans from 17:30-22:30 every day, and on weekends 10:30-22:00. She has to be there the whole time as they do buppan before and after the performances. It's very much a full-time job. She did get Mondays off, but once a month they'd do a satsuei-kai (photo sesson) on a Monday, which is another ~5 hours with fans, and occasionally they'd do an external performance then on their day off. When she did photoshoots she normally missed the live performances, which was annoying. They had other work such as learning new songs, recording their TV show etc outside of performance hours as well.

As for singing, they don't sing live. But she held one of two rapping positions in Kamen Joshi, in a prominent position. And, IMO, her live performances were her strongest point. She put a hell of a lot into each performance and really shined there, making sure to interact with her fans during each performance, also.

Should have said "her gravure idol work would take a couple of weekends and she can have the rest of the month for the group",

Considering that even established actresses will release music if they can, quitting the group seems to be going the other way. Guess she has to have an open agenda to whatever opportunities show up at any day of the week, so to avoid random no-show with the group, was better to graduate.

Jun had her first public event today since her graduation. She appeared at the Tamagawa GI Boat Race event. She appeared at the opening ceremony and had two on-stage "talk shows".

I don't really know what the "talk shows" were about, but I'm glad some of her fans had the opportunity to see her again, even though I don't think they had the opportunity to talk to her.

She did say she plans to have regular satsuei-kai sessions in the future for the fans to meet her, although I assume these won't be part of the standard Alice Project satsuei-kais as she's not scheduled in those ones (her lack of scheduling in the Armor Girls one was actually a strong graduation flag).

Jun-chan appeared on the 2015/03/28 episode of ランク王国 "Rank Okoku"

Her section is the pudding ranking bit at the beginning of that vid, where she just prances about in bikini eating the different puddings.
Despite this, I think she's on top form! Her voice is so cute and so are her expressions
