Just saw Meisa in アンダルシア　女神の報復 (Andalucia: Megami no Houfuku / Andalucia: Revenge of the Goddess)- she did very well, has to be very good experience for her on the acting side. Yuji Oda reprises his role of Kosaku Kuroda from the previous Amalfi: Rewards of the Goddess | Amalufi: Megami No Hoshu (2009) and Diplomat Kosaku Kuroda | Gaikoukan Kuroda Kosaku (Fuji TV / 2011). This film also had Hideaki Ito in an important role, and Erika Toda once again playing young diplomat Kanae Adach (in a much too small part in this film).

Pop singer/actress Kuroki Meisa has just updated her official website for the first time in 2012 to announce a brand new album!

The album is titled “UNLOCKED“, and is slated for release on February 15th. Fans can choose from three different versions: Limited Edition A (CD+DVD), Limited Edition B (CD+DVD), and a regular CD-only version. Both limited edition versions will also come with their own exclusive, 40-page photo booklets.

Although the official track list for the album has not been revealed, “UNLOCKED” will include her previous singles “One More Drama“, “Wired Life“, and “Woman’s Worth / Breeze Out” for a total of 14 tracks.

I couldn't help but wonder, she has previously said that she and Akanishi are "not dating", right? Under the current circumstances (her expecting his child), if she does not retract that previous statement, AKA if she still sticks to the "we were/are not dating" story, then wouldn't that mean that she and Akanishi were "friends with benefits"?

Meisa gave birth to a baby daughter on September 23. Her husband, Jun Akanishi was with her in the delivery room.
