Matsuura Aya no ANN 06-07-19
- Japan is very rainy these days, but Aya doesn’t mind that much, since she doesn’t go out anyway
(although the high humidity can’t be avoided).
- Aya was told that she looks cool and composed today by the radio staff (the shock that she doesn’t usually look that way, paired with this rainy weather makes Aya's performance on today's show questionable
).
- Aya took a look back at emails from listeners, which contained suggestions about what she should do on ANN after her birthday. She picked the idea of performing a live song right in the studio (for the first time since she’s been on the radio
). She even had a piano and a pianist come in (the same one who performed on her last live DVD). The song is “Suna wo Kamu you ni Namida” (Aya is pretty embarrassed, and has to talk a lot before she calms down
). After the song, she says the atmosphere was different, so she was sweating a bit (even though she is an idol
), and there were some mistakes in the lyrics as well (
). The listeners liked it though, so it’s possible that Aya will sing on the radio again. Aya asks the listeners for ideas, and it doesn’t necessarily have to be her own songs – recently, she’s been into idol singers from the 70s and 80s. (
