Risako's been really catching my attention lately! And I realized that there's less than a month until her birthday now, so... maybe a birthday countdown is in order!

actually i think she had 2 major surgeries on her teeth, and this is after the first one, coz from wat i remember she had way worse ones in some of the older pics

Yeah, I'm thinking that 24 pictures of Risako on ONE DAY will be a BIT too spammy! The birthday countdown should be... a mini-celebration of Risako-a-day... type thing! Not just picture spam. So, I guess, in accordance with the complaint, let's try a little Risako discussion while we're at it?

Which PV do you like Risako best in?

I know it's really recent, but for me, she DEFINITELY caught my eye in Very Beauty, and before that, I think I liked her best in Koi no Jubaku.

I like her best in the Munasawagi Scarlet PV.

I'm not sure if this is where I read this, but I recall someone saying that Risako looks like that she's almost about to cry and I have to agree. Maybe she's uncomfortable with being an idol at such a young age or maybe it's just the natural look on her face. But in the Munasawagi Scarlet PV, you can see from her eyes and in her smile that she's a lot more confident now. That scene where she's putting on lipstick gives an unclear border of her being a cute->beautiful->sexy girl :ONhee:

I've seen the PV for Very Beauty once (only once?:evil:) and some of the caps and I must say that she looks great in that PV too. :tfr9a7wg:

Very Beauty is by far my favourite Risako PV. She's so much more confident now and it shows. It's a lot easier to watch.

I prefer Waracchaou yo boyfriend (one-sided ponytail!

). On Munasawagi Scarlet she looked awkward, since her teeth were just fixed, I think she didn't know how to smile

, and on Very Beauty she looked great, but a longer hair would have been better.

P.S. I think she looked fine in the Very Beauty as the rest of the girls but personally the outfits...made me want to burn something

Yeah, I can see where they're coming from-- she does have that look to her eyes in a lot of her pictures. I think Risako has gotten nervous a lot in her performances in the past-- but like you and icarianwings mentioned, she's getting a lot more confident lately, and her smile's a lot more convincing. But Risako seems to have this perpetual pout on her face-- I do think that's her natural look, though.

Either way, she's gorgeous!

i was gonna put Munasawagi Scarlet too, coz some of her cute moves (yes, lipsticks and the kiss!!), but Nouciel was right, she does look awkward sometimes in that PV, and actually every1 looks very tired in it. i mean if the producer group hav time whitening and fixing brightness at the finishing stage of the PV, why can't they make the panda eyes go away too??
