For me I think Risako's voice is quite nice but she needs more training I guess.
She has a loud voice but doesn't utilize it much. IMO.

Her voice has always been terrible live, her weight has nothing to do with it :p She just needs more work, training and experience, she's only young.

she extremely cute, her voice is quite nice, but does need training. she did gotten a little chubbier, but still cute over, think of it as thick or big-boned, not fat. cuz i'm fat.... i wonder when the change occurs, when did she started gaining weight? must be just recently, but i don't pay much attention to anyone else much except MM for the past weeks and also the fact that i'm 3000 miles away, i don't get much news and info. i think it maybe her genetics... but what do i know?

She's not gaining weight, she's growing.
How old is she? All girls start to gain 'weight' around this time, it's perfectly common and natural and if some girls don't get it they either don't eat right or are just lucky.
It' just cuz her body's changing shape(yes she is going to get real hips and waist!!) and it needs to put the 'ingredients' somewhere is all.

yes but you forget that japanese girls tend to be thinner anyway, Risako is not full japanese.

She has the best voice in the group if you listen closely... example? Her version of Meccha Horidei. I agree with the fact that she does run out of breath during live performance and her voice is not as great as it is in their originals, but give her a break, she's the youngest and a lot of people look up to her... that is what makes her in the Top50 U-15 idols.

She's shy too (HOT).. and sometimes that can be a huge factor to when you are performing.
She's not fat!

For me, Miyabi has a great control of her voice, so i do think she has the best voice for now.
Momoko sings quite well in high pitch while Risako

is still improving.

And about her voice? As Jay said, she's the youngest, c'mon, you can't expect TOO MUCH lol. She's good for her, and she has improved a lot since 2005, or even 2006. Remember Anata Nashi perf. on Nyoki Nyoki Champion? Her voice was terrible

(altought she was okay on Yeach Meccha Holiday perf. in Natsu Natsu Tour). And now watch this ^_^. It's obvious that, being a front girl and all, she needs to improve, and she's doing it quickly

there are plenty of other H!P kids that are younger so don't make silly little excuses like that.

She has a good voice, she jsut sometimes doesn't have as much control over it as others. Personally I don't think H!P give enough training to this as they should. Being 'trained' for this long, these girls should be much better than they are.
I think H!P don't train them up because they think vocal mistakes will add moe factor or something.
I do agree she ahs improved, but if UFA spent a little more time and effort on their idols, then they'd all be much better.

That said, she's adorable >.<

Making one of her grandparents canadian, and it was never really proven she's even mixed, End of discussion

And stop calling her chubby or fat, jeez that's like the ultimate insult to a girl!
