Fans of tokusatsu (to put it more precisely - fans of tokusatsu actors), 2 days ago I found some japanese movie! Check it out!
http://www.m-thunder.com/index.html

And look at that!
==========================================================================

==========================================================================

I do not know when the release of this movie, but I beg you - when this movie is appear - pleeeeeeeeeeeese upload this somewhere (on megaupload, torrent, anywhere)! I'm sure, that not even me, but most of the tokusatsu fans will be glad to watch on their idols in "shaolin" action!

Thanks in advance!

^ Yeah, it's called Lord of the Thunder. It was mentioned here (I think) a couple of months ago, around the time Kinoshita cut her hair and the fanboys were all "WTF"? :lol:

EDIT: A gaijin living in Japan sings with a Japanese high school band...the sound isn't the best, but listen to what he sings

Oh! Any of you pro-Toku guys knows what old-ass serie this picture might be taken from ???

It looks vaguely familiar to me (maybe it's based on a manga), but i can't put a name on it... :confused:

I found your answer, Happ.
I knew I had seen it somewhere, just took a lil bit of searching.

The title of that series is "Ai No Senshi Rainbow Man ", came out in 1973 and ran 52 eps.

http://www.japanhero.com/profiles/rainbowman.htm <- Link to the site where I found it, gives a series rundown.

Ah, thanks L-san !!! :D  i was searching for it too but didn't get to find it...

As a matter of fact, i didn't know about this serie at all, but i guess i did get it confused with "Gekko Kamen" (Moonlight Mask) because of the guy's white costume... :P

Rainbow man, huh ??? Soooo... he's gay ??? XD

Ah! Found this on a fan-blog... This shop has some "Kabuto inspired" clothing and related stuff. :)

EDIT: FUCK THIS STUPID FUCKING FAN-BLOG!!!! :evil:
Shit, i was just browsing around it and i happened to see a massive spoiler about episode 33 !!!!

i hate it when that happens... :cry:

Woahh, Rainbow Man~!!  They played that show in Hawaii in the 70s, right around the same time as Kikaida.  Awesome theme songs, btw.  I'll upload if I have the time.

IMO Rainbow Man began well but kind of petered out towards the end.  Perhaps it ran for too long.  There was a parallel plot line that involved his mother and younger sister, who had a polio-like disability.

FWIW, my user title is based on the subtitle for Rainbow Man.
