Well, some people only want to see, not to keep. That's why they wouldn't spend the money. I guess they might aswell wait until the scans are out. I'm sure someone will scan it at the end, maybe when no one talks about the book anymore!

besides then who makes avatars and wallpapers of the pics if they're not scanned? (i mean at least i couldn't scan anything for myself if i had the pb, we don't have a scanner..)

Same thing applies then, if you just want to see the pictures, then wait for scans from someone who'll do them

btw .. miichan.., I don't have scanner and if i do, i will not open the PB that scan it page by page or even tear in page by page and scan it. I think s.one might have it up soon so u might just to wait for a while

It would be quite easy for us to simply scan it and share it out. But again, if people really want to see the pictures, then it should be bought. Trust us, it's worth every cent you'll spend ~

If you can't buy it or anything (but we strongly encourage you do, to support Goto) then you'll simply have to wait for scans somewhere else :neutral: We're not being selfish or anything, we just want more people to support her.

Not trying to be a dick, but why is everyone saying that you should support Maki, while at the same time, just a few forums down, there is a thread that contains the entire H!P discography up for download? Why is it all right to download all of her albums and singles, but not a photo book?
Just a question. Personally, I could care less about getting the scans sooner rather than later.

It's a valid question. In the end the buyer will buy regardless whether a scan exist or not, and a downloader will wait for a scan regardless whether others ask them to buy or not. But what set off this round of "buy buy buy" reminders was the incessant nagging for the scans. This pretty much put off whoever bought the pb and thought about sharing the scans. It's not the people who bought the PB that are being dicks, it's the beggars and leechers that are killing all the joy out of filesharing.

In any case, the disco and PB threads are there for many reasons, one of them being to get you to appreciate the girls and hopefully entice you to become a fan and actually think about supporting them through a CD purchase or whatnot. It has certainly worked for me and hopefully it'll work for others.

Sharing a CD is not the same as sharing a book. Scanning a book will tear up all the pages apart if you're not so careful. If I were to scan a book, I'll make sure I will get another copy just in case. But really, the more you beg the more you're not gonna get.

I think Ohbahsan and Charoite has sum it up very nicely. So I will just address this part. I personlly don't think that it is alright to download her albums and singles, but then it is also not in my power to stop it. Don't assume that everyone agrees that it is alright.

I can assure you that many of us in this forums don't agree and we do buy her original stuff to support her. We leech but we also buy. That's the difference.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not begging for scans. I'm actually not much of a Maki fan; I just thought this topic went off in an interesting angle.
I mean, everyone seems to be pissed at people asking for scans, but can you blame them? This forum is known for producing (among many other things) high quality scans of the latest photo books, so why jump on them now? They're just doing the same thing that tons of people have done before them every time a new book comes out.
Should they buy it? Sure, I'm not saying that you shouldn't support the artist, but in a place like this it's not strange that people would want to get something for free.
Just keeping things interesting. Not trying to offend anyone

But similar to what romi said, we couldn't stop people from scanning those photobooks before, so we had to let it be. It's not like we could say, "No way, take those down so people can buy it first!" And now, here in GMED, at least we can already already take the initiative

well i dont even have my copy with me, even if i did, i wont tear it out just to share it. well i can understand that not every1 has the bills to buy a pb, thats y they want ppl to share, but i dont like it when ppl have the bills n dont buy, just want to leech it off.

This PB is worth every penny, but it's hard to get stuff sent to my country, I depend on friends....

I live in Bolivia, South America. Pay Pal doesn't accept my country (or at least didn't last time I checked) and I don't have a credit card, since they charge you ridiculous extras for using it. Also, when you buy online, customs charges you like 30% of what you paid.... It goes on and on...

I could use some store that works getting international stuff right to your door, but charges a premium... I'll look for the best way to get those PBs... It's a lot of money, but they're worth every penny...

People are being really annoying and wants it but i think the whole buy buy buy thing is getting kinda old too. I have many cds, pbs and stuff and i also want people to buy it ... but i dont think that you telling them to buy it will help... And i guess its better than not trying at all ... but still its getting old ... and honestly i wouldnt be here if i was going to buy all H!P stuff ... Just my opinion ... I think you should share anyway or tell us where we can get it or something ... but i understand if you dont ....
