Disturbingly less lines as usually and her mic wasn't even turned loud or connected with the speakers at all since I doubt you hear the screams in the arena

Good question heh. It sounds like it after that one loud scream eh?
I don't really think it's because the concert is ending (sadness mixed with joy).
I would rather guess she.. maybe bumped into someone (or almost) and was scared/shocked which made her teary.
Or the funny explaination... you know the stage layout includes a ring around the "arena" seats like it's often at H!P concerts and they were walking around it at the end (I just can't remember when exactly). They get close to some wota at this point, maybe Chinami saw some really creepy wota and it made her screem and become teary
