edit: i didn't make any comments on the songs choice so i will now.

Momoiro Kataomoi seems like it would fit chinami's vocal tone! I likes it.
In Semi her lines always sound good so I'd guess that her singing it solo would also sound good.
AND! Hajimete no Happy Birthday, one of my favourite songs and it suits her outfit too :p

But at least they will release solo event dvds

So maybe we will be lucky and hear it nevertheless, just later.
There are solo events again in September though, but since the releases are scheduled for September I think there is too little time for them to make it to DVD (also I'm not sure if c-ute is having also some again) so those have to be these past solo events :3 it also says the DVDs are approximately 60mins long, wonder if all those 4 (3) events fit fully on one dvd...
But anyway, there is still a chance we get to hear and see something of her solo event

So, while we're on the topic of Chinako's hairstyle, she requested for some advice on today's Kiritsu on what to do with her hair. She decided way before that she wanted it to grow to her shoulders, but it's obviously way longer than that by now.

Personally I think it's perfect as it is, but since we've never seen it extremely long, I think she might as well go for that.

Apparently, one of the "cellphone pictures" is of Kasai Tomomi from AKB48:

One obviously is not from her camera phone... it is purikura. Does anyone know if there is a phone that does purikura? But wait... the metadata/EXIF information tags it as coming from a SH704i camera phone. (This is assuming that the metadata/EXIF information is accurate and not tampered with.)

Five of the nine are presumably taken with the same DoCoMo SH704i camera phone (not counting the "purikura" pic.) The two possibly oldest (according to date stamp) of these five have an incorrect timezone set on the phone for being in East Asia (has -06:00 instead of +09:00, which is Japan, etc.), while the other three have -05:00, which could be EST in the USA. Now, it is possible that the phone's timezone was set that way by default (even though it is a Japanese marketed phone) or was set incorrectly. (The "purikura" pic also has a timezone code of -05:00.)

The photo of "legs" on the bed giving the peace sign (with fingers, NOT her legs... really, now... grow up!) is the only one of the nine that I have seen that has the correct timezone of +09:00. This photo is unique to the other eight in that it is tagged as being taken with an SH905i.

The photo of three girls (I assume Chinami, Captain, and someone else) in front of window sign or something is also unique in that it was altered using Photoshop CS3 Macintosh. (This could have been done solely to lighten the image, etc. Did someone here already know that because THEY are the one who did that before posting?)

Lastly, the two remaining photos (of Maimi's face) have not useful metadata associated with them to draw any substantive conclusions.

My suspicions:
The photos were not pulled from a stolen phone. Rather, they could have been found on a site for uploading photos, a photoblog, or some other collection of photos. Or, these photos are a combination of the above mentioned possibilities.

Or... some are faked. Metadata was altered to appear like they came from phones, with look-alikes playing the parts. Even the DOG is faked! LOL

What fucking pictures has that person been looking at?

The close-ups of Maimi and that one pic of the AKB member has nothing to do with this. The original .zip had 8 files, 7 pictures and one sound recording. Besides, the person didn't actually steal the actual phone, he most likely just "borrowed" the micro SD card and copied the information on it.

Oh, and purikura nowadays lets you download the pictures directly into your phone. Yeah, the wonders of Japan.

The pictures are real, not worth arguing over that.

I didn't know that the Maimi and AKB pics weren't in the original .zip file, I wonder how they got mixed up with the other ones? I also didn't know that about purikura, that's pretty cool actually.

Hopefully they'll be able to find and return the phone/card/whatever soon...

A lot of different pictures were posted in the thread at the time of the event, I guess those picures were among them.

And the card never disappeared, the guy just copied whatever was on it. It's possible Chinami didn't even notice someone had fumbled with her phone until some fans reported it - if they really did report it, that is.
