Here's a tip for campers on the go:

Bring a flashlight when wandering in the woods.

Jerry Mersereau, 23, learned that lesson the hard way when he trekked out in the dark to relieve himself and fell off a cliff in the Mt. Hood National Forest.

People like that make me sick, sueing someone when it's their own stupidity to blame. It's pathetic that someone should even be allowed to sue over something so silly.

Don't people typically go camping to get away from everything? Why would be expect the government to put up signs/fences in a national forest
