***NEW RULES***We've finally come to the point where we have over 300 members. Out of those 300 or so members, we get about 10 to 20 regulars every day, people who contribute to keeping this forum alive. Whether it be through uploading multimedia files, contributing to the Rika Project, or just posting topics, creating threads, and just adding opinions. These people contribute.
Do YOU want access to certain sections to this forum???If you want access, you MUST contribute something! These "one word" posts will NOT get you access to anything anymore. To get access to certain subforums, you must be a regular contributor in some way shape or form. Failure to do this will result in you NEVER getting access (screw this 10 posts and you're in shit). ALSO, if you're account is inactive for a certain period of time, you're account will most likely be deleted. A forum isn't good when it has 500 members and only 50 people actually posting, contributing, and keeping this place alive. EVERYBODY has to pull their own weight and make this forum great, and if you can't do that, then we don't need you.
In summary, to quote a wise man (

Make at least 20 substantive posts and the management at its discretion will allow you feed from the Ass Trough. Anybody who attempts to enter Hershey Highway with a bunch of bullshit me-too posts will be subject to ban without further explanation.
In other words, make atleast 20 contributing posts, and not just one word/line posts, and we'll give you access to the special forums at our own discretion. The more you rush us, the longer it will be before you get access. If we se that you're a cool person though and has contributed atleast to conversations in this forum, and you'll have access in no time.
